This place does a decent car wash, the car comes out clean, but the management of this car wash sucks!!! There are two lines for cars. And in those lines they vacuum the car and prep it for the wash. 10 cars deep with one attendant going back and forth by himself!!! This is so inefficient and unacceptable! I get that you don't want guys standing around with nothing to do, but they have something called the "10 day forecast" where you know you're going to have multiple days of consistent hot weather. And we all know that when it's hot "people wash their vehicles"!!! Stop being cheap and hire at least 4 more people to get the cars moving thru the car wash!!! It's unfortunate this is the only full service car wash close to me because I'm won't be back here. Pulled up at 8:40am on a Wednesday and didn't get my car back and completed until after 10:30. Almost 2 hours for a $40 car wash is inexcusable. Especially when the guy taking your car tells you 30-45 mins MAX. THE SERVICE is mediocre and they didn't care when I finally asked about my truck. Basically just saying they're busy and only 2 people were here at the time I got here. I will not be back.... I could've washed it myself quicker than this ridiculous place. They're very detailed despite what other reviews have said! The prices are way lower than other places I've been to! I've been here countless of times and this place has been consistently clean, THOROUGH, and detailed. I've had issues at other car washes because they'd clearly forget to clean the cup holders or the radio face. This place I get the $14 basic wash and they handle it. The workers are thorough and I appreciate it. I have a dog and they always get my dog's hair from my black interior. While waiting, you can watch one of the the tv monitors in their spacious waiting area (usually they'll play movies) and there are a couple of massage chairs to relax in ooorrr there is a Dollar Tree and In N Out Burger next door. You can really make the wait go by fast. I've refereed 2 friends here who also experienced trouble finding an affordable and high quality car wash, and now they're regulars here too. Terrible. I paid extra for interior detailing and cleaning - after the employees waved me down to let me know that they were done, I opened my car door to see that the cleaning was poorly done. I paid $10 extra on top of the interior detail and exterior wash to have my passenger side seat cleaned and it wasn't done. There were still uncleaned spots in the interior on my passenger side. I pointed some out to the employee, but I had to clean some more spots they missed on my own when I got home. My car still had water spots on the exterior as well. Never again. Horrible service on a Wednesday. There are eight parking spaces with three vehicles being dried to start. Over 30 minutes the car didn't move. Took over an hour before the car was washed. Then it sat in the sun for 5 minutes before a worker started drying it. Three workers are jumping between 8 vehicles about 10 minutes later. The second person drying our vehicle is now handling another vehicle. Not sure how they keep track of what has been done and what needs to be done when 3 different individuals have worked on the vehicle. I expect much, much better for a $30 carwash. And I had to ask the guy to open the hatchback on the Volt to clean the very dirty hatch opening. Took 93 minutes. read more

I've taken both my car and my wife's car here probably a dozen times. Every time I leave I question myself why I give them my business. Hopefully this review can help some of you save some money. It seems their prices constantly increase (use to have a m -f special, then m-r, now it's Wednesday only. Went from $7.99 to 11.99 for the special and 14.99 to 18.99 for the basic "bronze" package. They will often not fully wipe down dashes/windows and If you don't point it out you'll be leaving with a partially dirty car. The lobby is nice however, but that doesn't warrant a star in my book. today the wait was over an hour and and there were hardly any cars (maybe 7 or 8 total) so now they are cutting corners even more by reducing staff and making you the customer wait even longer. read more

So far, unlike the other two Yelp reviewers, I haven't had a bad experience overall at this place. Sure the waiting time is hella long (about 30 or so minutes) and even longer when there is a lot of people but the lounge is air conditioned, they have flat screen where they show free movies, and also a couple of massage chairs you could enjoy. What I do to pass time is usually just walk to Starbucks nearby or play games on my phone. The only thing is that sometimes they do cut some corners like those other Yelpers said but when you tell them, they don't really complain and fix it for you without an attitude if you're nice enough to them. I'd recommend you go to this place early in the morning (when they open, if possible) to avoid all the hassle with other customers. First in, first out. It would be nice if they had specials though, like $10 Tuesdays or something. $18.99 for a bronze car wash is quite something in my pocket for a college student. read more

I went to Classic Car Wash about a month ago but waited until now to write a review because I didn't want to write it while I was frustrated. Exterior: Everything looked fine. Interior: Everything seemed fine and I especially liked the big TVs in the waiting room. I didn't see the filth a previous reviewer wrote about. Cashier: Both ladies were very nice and funny. The wash: The wash was as good as any other place I've been to. This where it went off track though. My truck came out and was placed in one of two lines (one on the left and one on the right). When it was time to wipe down my truck the guy went to a car in the front of the other lane and this happened two more times. They clearly need a better process to ensure people are serviced as they come out. I think the part that screws them up is the two lanes thing. They always go to the front car when that car may have just come out and was parked in the only open space. So, it took over an hour for my truck to get done and by the time they got to it, the water had dried onto my truck instead of being wiped off. Several times the guy cleaning my truck left to go talk to the other cleaners. In the end the interior was fine and the exterior was fine except for dirt on my rims which irritated me. My biggest gripe is that they took too long, workers need to focus on the job not talking, and they need to emphasize quality. If I'm paying $30 or above, plus a tip, I expect a clean car (inside and out). That was my first time there since we just moved here. I could have been a customer for years but instead chose another car wash to go to. Quality product and customer service is critical especially with the ability for customers to do instant reviews; and while some businesses say it's only Yelp, I, like many others, rely on Yelp to help me get the best experience possible. read more

Don't go to this place they siphon your gas! They siphoned over a 1/4 of a tank of my gas! THEY STEAL!!! AND I gave the guy a good tip before I knew! When I confronted him he couldn't keep the shit eating grin off his face and told me that because I drive a heavy truck (F150 Shortbed) that their chains won't pull my truck through so they have to leave it running and drive it throught. I entered the facility was greeted by a woman. She seemed friendly I was asked to sit and wait as she wasn't ready. A few secs later I heard a commotion. The employees were having a discussion. The woman was yelling at one of the workers. Seems like the dispute was about duties. The gentlemen asked her to please not speak to him in that tone of voice. She became agitated and well she didn't cease. I've decided to give two stars because of the dispute we all witnessed. KUDDOS to the gentlemen for not stopping down and maintaining his calm. This place shouldn't even get a star scratched my whole car up left watermarks all over the place tried speaking to a manager and he tried to say I lied and all the scratches were there before I took it in just not helping me at all. I fully understand the fact that self service is literally you drying off a few missed spots on your car , possibly wiping your interior down and vacuuming as well but when I came in I was asked if I would like to be offered a tree or a towel and I chose a towel due to the fact that 1 I wanted to wipe my interior and my windows that's it I didn't expect to wipe down literally my whole car because when my wash was over and I passed over to the dryer I kid you not it was as if I wasn't even given the option of having some dry spray down like normal self service car washes I had got the deluxe car wash self service and when I asked for assistance I was given a lot of attitude besides the manager who had only given me a brief walkthrough of what they offer for the self service wash again I understand I bought self service car wash but common $12 for a wash and basically drying the whole car off yourself no other place does this I am lucky if I get a few wet spots somewhere else but a whole wipe down of your car and let me not even start on the vacuum part I was given 3 minutes I recorded it obviously anyone can screenshot and post a picture of 3 min time but I am not joking I was given 3 min to vacuum my car when it says 5 min on a sign they have outside I was not satisfied at all with this car wash place at all not coming here again read more

I waited to write my review, because at the time I was extremely upset. If there was an option to give negative stars, I would. Last month, I brought my car to get it washed. I chose this location, because it was a shorter wait compared to the one I wanted to go to (huge mistake). I was quoted 45 minutes. I figured, I could go next door to dollar tree and look around. As I returned, my car was parked in the front with all four of my doors wide open, another car was parked next to mine and towards the back a worker was working on another car. (Total of three cars parked outside) I walked up and looked at my car and I saw water marks there as if no one had started on my car. I waited and I'm looking around wondering where are the employees? I only saw one working on a car towards the back. I looked at the time and it's been 10 minutes and no other worker in sight. Mind you my keys are on my windshield wipers so anyone could've walked up and drove off in my car and the employees wouldn't of known. I go inside and asked the cashier if she knows who is supposed to work on my car, because it's been sitting outside for 10 minutes and no one is out there? I also added that there are water marks in the front and back and since it's a black car, I'm concerned. She answered with an attitude, "that's impossible your car has any water on it." I was dumbfounded so I replied, "do you want to come outside and see my car, because there's water on my hood and trunk." She ignores me and gets on the walkie and speaks in Spanish asking who is working on the black car as if I don't understand Spanish. No I'm not Hispanic but like millions of other people, I can understand some Spanish and knew exactly what she said. I go back out and waited. Another 5 minutes passed and no one showed up. I go back inside and told the cashier that no one showed up and it's been over 15 minutes and all four of my doors are open and I'm concerned about my car. The cashier cuts me off, responds with an attitude as if my presence was an annoyance to her. I asked her why does she have an attitude and it escalated. She raised her voice at me and I being the customer felt like she had no type of customer service skills and reacted very unprofessional. What was the result, I cussed the cashier out and demanded to speak to the manager and walked out because i was pissed off. The manager came out and she wanted to hear my side of the story as if she didn't hear what was going on. The thing that blew my mind was what the manager said. She said, " it's been a long day and I work with her and that's how she speaks to people." I was almost lost for words, in my mind I couldn't believe this manager said this is how her employee speaks to people. WTF! No wonder this establishment has horrible reviews and no wonder this girl felt like she could speak to me any kind of way, because management think it's ok for her to speak that way! I told the manager I needed my car to get done, she had two employees work on my car and she apologized and asked what she can do and I told her I will never return to their car wash again. She offered a free car wash and I told her it's not about the money, it's not about my car sitting outside, it's about the type of service I received and the way the cashier spoke to me. What's crazy is she thought it was ok for her to speak that way. She gave me a certificate in an envelope and she insisted I accept. There was an older gentleman sitting on the bench and I asked him if he would return there again and he said yes. He asked me if I was ok and he said sorry that I had to go through that with cashier. I told him I'm ok and I handed him the envelope. I told him to I will never return to this establishment again. He thanked me and I went about my way. I checked my car and of course whatever they used to wash my car left scratches on my trunk. Smh! People, save your time, money and your car from getting damaged! This is the worse car wash I've ever been too. If you want 100% hand car wash, go down the street to Palmdale Car Wash. I should've went there and waited with a peace of mind. They do everything by hand and they also have an oil change connected to the car wash. The owner is on site and hands on. Everyone that works there are polite and does an awesome job! read more

The manager said they would "check the cameras". The result was they couldn't see anything. Then what's the point of the cameras. After my own little overlook there are no cameras over the cars and the only near to where you first pull up doesn't even cover that area. Every time I come to this carwash, it takes an hour plus to wash my car. After 20 washes, I finally saw a guy actually working my car, attempting to wipe all the surfaces, door jambs, etc. Usually, its a pretty lack-luster experience. The problem is that it is probably one of very few car washes in Palmdale-Lancaster that does an ok job - for $32.00. Usually, there are smears, missed spots, spots that were never wiped. Mostly, there are really lazy workers here, I presume the management can't pay them very much. I fully recommend that you wash your own vehicle yourself, as much as you can, so you don't have to be let down, instead of being pleasantly surprised by work done with pride, but I digress, if you must purchase a car wash, this is probably the only place that will wash your car decently. Upon arrive Edwardo process my vehicle by giving me a ticket of $32 services with a time of 12:04pm. From there my vehicle went through the car wash machine. At approximately 12:45pm I observe a gentleman parking my vehicle, At approximately 12:55Pm no one was serving my vehicle. At this point I asked the cashier if anyone was available to service my vehicle. Cashier told me he could not help me and asked "Did Edwardo give you an estimated time of completion" I responded no he simply wrote the time on the ticket. After the cashier spoke with Edwardo there appears to be another miss-communication. In that Edwardo told cashier that he did give me an estimated time of completion. Given this I walked over to speak with Edwardo myself. Explain to Edwardo my situation and he told me they were not very busy. Not something I want to hear as I explained there were two vehicles when I arrived one red truck and a blue truck. It is now 1:20Pm. No one has come to tell me or honk the horn to let me know my vehicle is ready. When I approach my vehicle no one said a word to me, I then left the car wash. read more

Classic fail. we went there and the price was outrageous for a standard carwash so we said no thanks and then they said we can do 6.00 wash but you would vacuum it. We agreed and then all of the sudden, the car washing machine isn't working so they hose it off and then tell us to park it where the hoses are. We assumed they were going to dry it off and apparently they sell you towels as it is a do it yourself for that too. Even Mr. Carwash dries your car. No wonder they were hardly busy. We go into the establishment to pay and the lazy cashier with a personality of a slug who couldn't even be bothered to get out of a chair to show us any courtesy and she could care less that our car was all spotty from the soap that was not rinsed off. We ended up having to have it redone. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Bait and switches all the way. At one time this place was jamming and was upbeat and super nice. The outside detailing was great they did a good job however the inside is a different story. It seems like they didn't bother changing towels when washing my windshield, I couldn't see through the windshield at all at night because of how hazy it was. I'm sitting here waiting for my car. It took 45 minutes from the point he wrote up my ticket to making it out of the car wash section. The drying and detailing took another 25 minutes. I've been coming here a while but this will be the last. They need to realize people don't want to spend an hour's plus time for a car wash. They obviously need to hire more people. read more

First time coming here..i had some water spot damage to my car due to sprinklers and not being tended to at the time. It left half of my car looking like its been sitting out for years w/water stains.. (car is less than a yr old). I also had some minor fading damage to my front headlights. Being a skeptic of any place that deals w/auto body or detailing type work, etc...someone recommended this place to me, so i thought i'd give it a shot. Upon arrival, I was helped out by two guys who gave me a breakdown of what needed to be done..Hairo and another guy (i don't think i got his name, but both really cool dudes), took care of me and my car from the get go. The wait wasn't too bad, and they got my car looking brand new again! They did an amazing job on my car and i couldn't be more grateful and thankful for them. They came through like they said they would. After the service, my car looked like it just came out of a dealership. Very happy and impressed by these guys and the service they gave me.
