My first vehicle with Auto-Mobiles was a 2004 Lexus RX 330. This was a very good vehicle. I paid a mechanic between $1,500 and $2,000 initially to make it a bit more up to date and safe. It did not require absurd amounts of money ever and, not from the beginning. My 2009 subaru however, has been a disappointment. On the first drive home, it broke down as I drove into the bay at a lube and oil service station. Autos-Mobiles towed it to their mechanic to put a belt on it. Two weeks later I get the multiple lamps lighting up on the panel again. I take it to a mechanic and, they produce a list of $7,100.00 + of work needed. Both catalytic converters need to be replaced and, both O2 sensors may need to be along with, the converters. All four tpms sensors could be replaced (not absolutely needed), both control arm bushings need to be replaced, rack and pinion steering needs work since, power fluid is leaking, one of the front strut shocks is leaking oil or lube and needs work. They have also suggested an alignment. The cost to fix this car is very close to what I borrowed to purchase it. The owner of Autos-Mobiles tells me that trading in with him, I lose money, trading in with anyone else, likely to lose money. He won't take this back and put me in something with less problems even though, I wasn't in this car for 30 days before all this mess made itself clear. Honestly, he ought to be looking at the fact that this thing conked out on my first drive away from his business and make the right decision, admit that this car is lousy and put me into a car worth the loan I signed for instead of this one which, is worth between -5,000 to: -7,100. To keep this and keep it running, I am going to have to pay twice the amount of what he sold this thing for. Shabby. read more

Bob (owner and salesperson) is a pleasure to work with - right up to the point you decide to not buy the car and have not signed a single piece of paper, but did give him a $500 deposit in good faith. Then he turns in to the stereotypical used car salesman - he will steal and cheat you for whatever he can take, and he did exactly that to me. My bank advised me not to move forward with the purchase as the car (2014 Subaru BRZ) came with too much baggage - out of state title with frame damage reported. Now neither of these issues were disclosed in Bob's advertisement, and he in fact told me the car had a clean title when my wife and I inspected the car and test drove it. He did say something about an issue with the car was reported at the auction he bought it from, but a key point here - he told me it had a clean title. And you know how that goes - you see a car and like it, and you want to make it work. I even paid $140 to "a shop he knew down the street" to have it inspected. They said they did not see anything obvious, but all they gave me was a very brief 4 or 5 sentence write-up - nothing extensive that gave me overwhelming confidence the car was good. And when the bank said don't do it, I got clear headed, and I decided I should not buy the car. I told Bob of my decision and immediately his true character came out. He refused to refund my deposit. He tried to justify this by telling me he magically had two other people looking at the car, and he lost the sale (I guess to both of them) because I said I would buy it. But come on - the car had been on the market for something like 100 days at that point - what are the odds that the time I consider buying it he suddenly has two other people wanting it! And who are you going to believe about the status of the title and the car when $18,000 of your hard earned money is on the line - your bank (who does want to give you a loan) or the used car salesman? To top all of this off, 18 days later after he stole from me, the same car is still for sale on his website and it is still advertised with a clean title! In the end Bob stole $500 from me and my family and put it in his pocket and I got nothing in return. Ask yourself what kind of cold, un-American person does that. Would you steal $500 from someone and give them nothing in return, make up lies to try and justify your lies? Bob would, and he does. read more

Horrible experience! I bought a 2006 f-250 in March of 2015 bob straight lied to my face telling me the motor had been studded I found out later the second time I had to put it in the shop that it was not. The truck is yet again in the shop for the third time in 4 months (I understand now why I wasn't offered a warranty) I can not recommend using autos mobiles as a place to buy your next vehicle if you do decide to go there take the vehicle to a trusted mechanic or do not drive away without a warranty that will for sure cover anything. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR OR TRUCK FROM HERE!!! I purchased an 02 F350 from this location about a month ago and it has been nothing but a headache ever since. When I first went to Autos Mobiles, the staff was friendly and willing to show me around. I had researched the truck online and wanted to take it out for a test drive. "When we get a car in our inventory, we send it to our service department to look over the car and make sure it is safe to Drive," Bob, manager/lead sales. Well I can personally tell you, it has been over a month and my truck is still no where near safe to drive. My salesman, Ben, took me out for the test drive and the car pulled hard to the left and had some shaking issues. He said all it needed was an alignment, which they were unwilling to do on their cost. Well, at that point I should have brought it to a mechanic. After buying the truck, the day i drove it home the A/C went out, $200. I have had to replace both upper and lower ball joints on the driver and passenger front, about $1,000 job and full days worth of labor. Had to replace axle seals, $175. Alternator, $280. Replace front and rear diff fluid, $30/ea. Had to replace all of the tie rods, inner and outer, drag link, and pitman arm (did it myself for $300. Mechanic was trying to charge me $1200). The truck still needs new brake pads and front rotors, wheel bearings, new brake hydroboost, as well as new tires, $1500. I have been back to Autos Mobiles to get the registration and license plates. Ben over charged me on the registration filling the truck as an F250 instead of an F350. At least they gave me a $56.00 check for that screw up. And the kicker? All they are willing to do to help me out is give me their cost on new tires which is more expensive than what I can get them online for with FREE shipping. What great customer service/ trying to help satisfy the customer! This place is a joke! Go to a real car dealer. All in all, this place is only out for $. They will not take any money off the list price of the vehicle, will not let you take the car to your mechanic (only their service shop, which is sketchy at best), and does not try and satisfy the customer! Be extremely cautious buying a car from here, I know their prices look decent online but there are reasons why. Looking back I really wish I hired a mechanic to go with me to this dealer or bought a truck from a real dealership!!!! read more

This place had an ad on the large auto seller/(trader) online. Looked at pictures and description of truck and was impressed. So I called and asked about it. I was not impressed with what the guy had to say. He said he was the owner. Didn't seem too terribly interested in helping me. But I drove a couple hours to get a look at the truck. I told them I was coming. When I arrived there is no good place to park. I walk through the front door and am greeted by a lady who I assume is the owners wife (since he said he, his wife, and someone else were the only one's there). I asked about the truck and she said it was on the back lot. It was raining at the time and there was space on the inside they could have pulled the truck. They did not offer. So out in the rain we went. I immediately noticed the condition of the truck was not as it was online. More damage to exterior that was not in the pictures. I asked about the damage that wasn't in the pictures and she told me that she didn't know. But the price was the price and she could get that price at an auction. Very rude behavior to be displaying to a prospective buyer. The tires were in terrible shape (seriously doubt they would pass inspection). And to top it off, the battery was dead. So I see that they go to great ends to keep the vehicles in running order. She even asked if I wanted her to get it jumped. Well DUH! I came to look and drive a pretty expensive truck. Nah...I'll just guess that it will run. Once they get it jumped I get inside the electronics are all going haywire. Stuff flashing, electrical cracking and I'm thinking this thing is going to catch fire from an electrical short. So, yeah, not at all impressed with these people. Promptly told her I wasn't interested and walked away. A few hours of my time completely wasted on a misrepresented vehicle that wouldn't even start without a jump. Terrible experience. read more
