We bought a F250 a few weeks ago from Southwest Auto Center. The sales person was very nice and helpful. However, after the purchase, literally 2 hours after we bought this truck, it went into limp mode and needed immediate work to fix the exhaust system. After contacting Southwest Auto Center with this news, they suggested driving back a week later to have a flush done on the truck. We would not be able to get the truck back because we lived 60 miles away and it would be in idle mode by that point and would have to tow it back. I asked for Southwest Auto Center to split the cost ( their portion would be $1600) of having the truck repaired due to the exhaust problem and never heard back from them. I had a pleasant experience with Sunay. I had to come back a couple of times in order to look at a Toyota Highlander Limited and buy it. He was patient. I was trusting this vehicle, right after I bought it, to drive it 9.5 hours back home. He told me I could trust the vehicle. He was honest. When I bought it, the windshield was gravel damaged in several places. They replaced it for me before I picked it up. I did end up having to get an alignment but, if I had been there in Houston, he probably would have done it. $120 is small when compared to the quality of the vehicle. Where should we start.. The deal itself was somewhat frustrating as we agreed on several things like trade value, shipping, how the process would work, if something happened when receiving the car, etc. (Almost none that which was upheld by the way but I will get to that). However, this changed quickly over the week and a half long process it took to make the deal happen, which was not because of me. My sales person was Sunay, I can tell you that he seemed like a cool person to handle it at first and this quickly went downhill over the process and 110% after purchase. The car was a 2020 wrx low mileage, I had asked many questions about the vehicle since it was sitting on their lot for about 7 months with no buyer, which seemed to be a red flag alone. The answer to that was they overpriced the vehicle.. wasn't quite the reason. When making the deal, Sunay had stated that they will cover the cost of transporting both for my vehicle and theirs. I advised where I lived and he said absolutely covered, despite being out of their window of distance. This was said over the phone in the start of the buying transaction, which then later when the deal was done, doing a complete 180 to saying that was never said. I was willing to kill the deal on this since my bank was not willing to cover anymore cost on the vehicle. I had offered half the cost thinking I could put it within the loan which was denied by Sunay, then later said they would do. Which was discussed over text which was his argument stating that he never said he would cover it all but half (Shady business tactics). Make sure you get everything in writing from these individuals they are NOT professional. They did this I presume because they made the original deal sound more appealing that they offered me more for my trade but knew later they would not honor. So I was out of pocket $300 for transportation. Moving to receiving and shipping, They had mentioned that they would arrange my trade to be picked up after they dropped off the new vehicle. The nightmare begins, the transport company they chose called me 10 min before arriving, when answering, no one said a word despite me saying hello multiple time, then they hung up, later then claiming they called me 6 times with no answer. I called the transport company to discuss this and they assured me they dropped the car in my driveway which by the way is 50FT long and will bring the keys in 30 min back. I drove home from my work explaining I needed to take delivery of the keys to find my car was not in the driveway, but in the center of the road. Where the car passing kept almost wrecking into. I texted the transport driver and asked where he was due to the situation and 40 min already passing. Exact text I got back was "Not my problem" then ghosted for another 2 hrs before he came. Then the issues start for the car. The battery was completely dead reading 7v, thinking this may be a transport issue I charged the battery and put it in the garage on a tender until the next day. Drove the car and then parked it and again the battery died. I went to a Auto parts store and they confirmed it was toast. When speaking to Sunay he said he will ask the owners to reimburse me for the new battery. Never heard back for a week. I called and asked what was going on and he stated that they wont cover it because their mechanic said it was fine when it left. $240... on top of the $300 they lied about. The car came with an intake and no tune, which if you know you cannot run without a tune on these cars or they will blow up. $800 for a tuner, to find out the intake was missing parts and would not run correctly even with the tune..$400 for the a replacement. The next issue was the car having loads of overspray on it, as if they painted a car next to it without covering it. I own a detailing business so this was a 5 day job between me and 3 other employees.. although it took a lot of time which was awful it cost me nothing, although if it was a customers car it would have been $1000 to remove. I was informed the car was in great condition, it had multiple areas missing paint on the front bumper from hitting things and multiple areas on the car that were damaged, which was not mentioned. They did not inform me of a pre-inspection I was entitled to until I brought it up when receiving paperwork. I had a friend test drive the car for me to make sure there were no crazy sounds and it drove ok, but wanted them to have a performance shop near by take a look at it. Which at that point Sunay made it very difficult as he said I would need to find a way to get it there **4 min down the road**. I asked if they would take it being it was 4 min down the road. He refused, with obvious reasons why. They know they are selling garbage and try to cover it up with saying they offered you a pre-inspection which just isn't true, and yes you have the option but they make it very difficult knowing a lot of their buyers are getting these s read more

Based on my hours of research, he simply priced it at fair market value. In fact, it was a better deal than another major auto center. He offered a fair trade-in value for the car I was driving in. As he was about to hand me the keys from the car wash, he tells me that there is a wheel-bearing problem and he'd like to fix it on them since they didn't catch it before. I am looking for a new car because my car flooded. I just went to look at a car for sale, everything looked perfect but when I moved the paper mat to do a test drive I saw a giant hole in the carpet. I felt around in the hole and the material beneath was soaked. Obviously they knew about this hole and water damage and were trying to hide it. This is after I explicitly asked about water/flood damage and was told "No, no water damage". I confronted the salesman about the hole in the carpet and he tried to tell me it was caused by somebody wearing heels in the car. This hole was almost the size of the 8.5 x 11 notepad I had with me...this hole was not caused by any shoes. Watch out for these guys!!! I bought a 2003 Infiniti G35 from Sunay in 2013. I went to sell the car recently and found out that it had frame damage. When I bought the car, Sunay happily handed me the Carfax report knowing that their database doesn't cover frame damage and it wouldn't show up on the report. He told me the car had never been wrecked other than a slight fender bender, and that they had to buff out some scratches on the door. I recently found out from the AutoCheck report that Sunay purchased the car at auction knowing that it had frame damage! What a scammer, liar, and bad businessman!! I've been driving around in a damaged vehicle for years!!! I never would have purchased this dangerous vehicle in the first place if I had no been lied to. Buyer beware! Shame on you, Sunay! read more
