What made us decide to go with Autos Unlimited: 1 Omid (The owner) was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. He is definitely not a know it all even though he knows a lot. We even ended up talking about snow boarding! 2. They were fast! Not only did I not need to book and appointment into the distant future but the work it self was fast. 3. Everyone there makes you feel appreciated and welcomed. This not only felt good but made the time go by. 4. The price was great! Why am I leaving this review? Several months later I tried to sell my car and could not locate my receipt to prove the work had been done. These guys went above and beyond the call of duty to find the proof for me. I have had my front brakes, rear brakes, rocker arms, and ball joints replaced on my 2003 BMW 325ci. They also repaired a differential leak. Grace and Lionel were absolutely wonderful in helping me get everything done. They are easy to work with and warranty all of their work. This is a great auto shop to meet your basic needs and beyond! I took my car in for a routine check/oil change and they really took care of me. A couple more things were suggested, including changing a very dirty oil filter. They were very transparent about the additional items they suggested, and asked permission before they did anything. Post maintenance, I saw a huge improvement with my car's performance especially during acceleration. I am a first-time vehicle owner so going to an auto shop is a somewhat nervous experience, but this great business truly made it a seamless experience at a VERY reasonable price. Went in for a routine oil change, transmission fluid change, and tire rotation. My usual shop was closed on Saturdays and this was close to my home. They were able to fit me in for an appointment the next morning. It was only a few hours before they were finished. I can say the price was more than reasonable and the work spoke for itself. I have been taking my car here for about 2 years now, I have them do everything from brake replacement to oil changes and even a transmission replacement. No complaints at all! Would have given zero star rating, if option was available. They charged me $600 without even fixing my car. I called them and went there couple of times, but they kept asking me to come next week. DON'T DO! I had work done on my Acura, work that could have cost my daughter, grand kids, and anyone else on the road their life. Something was wrong, the car was making a noise that it had not been making before, so I kept taking the car back. After the 3rd time and $800.00 more, for a total of $2000 I decided to take the car to the Acura dealer. I was informed that the problem was that the technician had left the motor mount hose off, a simple fix. But more importantly the technician had installed the BRAKES WRONG!!! I spoke with the owner, Don Walker, and explained everything as well as provided him with the multi point inspection from Acura, he said he would review everything and get back to me. I have not heard from him,he will not return any calls, text, or emails. I will NEVER go to a 3rd party shop again. Life is to precious, only the dealerships in my future! read more

I took my work van here first thing Thursday morning because it just wasn't running right, and they assured me they could fix it. Later that day I came back to check on their progress and they told me they didn't do anything, because they didn't have the right computer. The following day i returned again before they closed, to check if they finished, and they told me they couldn't work on it again, because there was a funeral down the street, and they were the same religion as those people (I have no clue how this make sense, but i went along with it), but they assured me they would have it finished Sunday. Sunday at 7 pm, i again went there to check on it, and the owner is there, in a suit working on my van and tells me he fixed it, but now my temperature gauge doesn't work. They charged me $300 to replace a hose and a fuel filter, and told me it was going to cost another $500 to fix my temperature gauge that they broke. I paid them the $300 and decided to never deal with them again, but the worst part is, my work van is still doing the same thing. I took it to another mechanic and he looked right at my van and says, all you need are new spark plugs, changed them, and now my van works great. These people have no clue what they are doing. They are unprofessional, never call you, and worst of all they are thieves. They stole $300 from me and broke my temperature gauge. PLEASE DON'T USE THESE GUYS!!!
