He found the issue, ordered the parts, and made all the changes. He even fixed my AC for me and cleaned the engine. I'm always scared I'll be overcharged, but he showed me the parts he switched out and explained everything thoroughly. The price was extremely reasonable. However, when I called Mr. Sigh, he instructed me to bring my car to his shop. After doing diagnostics, he informed me that the gas cap was not securely fastened. Great place! It's a mostly one man show so as a customer you're not paying for managerial overhead or risking mechanics who are not held responsible for sub-par work. I brought my car here for a CEL that I suspected was manually set to go off by the dealer. The dealer was trying to up sell unnecessary services and use the CEL to try to entice me to get it fixed. GRB Auto read the code, assured me it was nothing then cleared it FOR FREE. The guy is super flexible and fair with all his prices. Car was acting up on Mission. Pulled over, looked on yelp, found this shop with 5 stars. Called and was told "ok to bring car in now". Mechanic knew exactly what my cars problem was. He hooked up a little device and it showed that my battery and alternator was bad. I also needed and oil change and all my filters replaced. So I left my car and waited for his call. An hour later he told me the cost. A lot less than I expected. He even said that he'll clean my engine for me. I noticed he likes things clean, his shop is clean and the waiting area is clean. Picked up my car from Mr. Singh today. It looks and feels like a brand new car. The engine is super clean! Like a brand new car. I was so shocked to see how clean it was. It looks like a 2016 engine! My car's search engine light had been on since two weeks ago. Initially I went to another auto repair shop because it is very close to my home. I spent a lot of time and money but the issue still didn't get fixed. I was told it was different problem every time when I came back to them. Then I came to GBR Auto Repair. The young mechanic did diagnosis and told me the light on was due to the loose gas cap. I just need to buy a new one from Toyota dealer and replace the old one. He spent 1.5 hours to check the whole system to ensure everything else works fine and helped me to reset the light after the cap was replaced. Fast and fixed my car problem! I went in on a Saturday at 8am. The service guy diagnosed my car right in front of me and figured out the problem. So I left my car there and walked home (I live a few blocks away) expecting to pick up my car later in the evening. Around 9am I get a call from GBR and told me the estimate cost.
