I needed to replace the front bumper on my almost-new Lexus. It had to be completely removed and replaced with a new bumper assembly, and of course newly-painted. I also needed to have a new Ceramic Coating application over the new paint, and I needed to have it done ASAP in order to protect my new paint job. Eddie did a awesome job on my 2011 Acura TSX. I had the entire front bumper, side mirrors, lower quarter half of the hood and portion of both fenders done with the clear shield. You cannot even tell it is on the car. Eddie came out to my place of work and did it on site. I recently added a lower lip spoiler and he came back out again to cover the newly added piece. He is like an artist and I highly recommend him. I used him before he had his own business and he was top notch then too. At first I was worried he will mess it up but after doing a sample run on my 03 Porsche C4, I knew then that i can TRUST him with our car collection. I TRUST him because he told us he would not complete the Porsche because it would be better to get all the rock chips and dents remove first. After purchasing a like new 2014 Corvette Z51 in November I began researching paint protection products. After reading numerous articles and reviews my search lead me to choosing Xpel Ultimate film. Eddie at Autoshield is a certified Xpel installer and did a full car Xpel Ultimate wrap on my C7. His work is amazing and he is a pro. There are others that offer protective film install, but if you want a perfectionist who has the skills, training, experience, and loves his craft, look no further. I was able to stop by his shop a couple times and curious to check out the install process during my Z51's install. On one visit, Eddie had just taken in a high-end vehicle in his shop that just had protective film installed by some other shop. The owner brought it in to Eddie at Autoshield asking to redo the vehicle's film because of the shoddy workmanship of that installer, AND wanting to charge the owner to remove their crappy work off his vehicle! The entire front nose of that owner's car looked like it had been "bubble wrapped". This type of protective paint film work needs to be done by only the best who truly love what they do, and not necessarily the lowest bidder because it is so tedious the attention to detail is critical in the final outcome as I was able to witness.
