As an avid auto detailing enthusiast, I know how important this step is to protect the paint. The technicians performed a terrific paint correction prior to flawlessly installing the PPF. I also opted to include window tint on the front windows to match the factory tint shade that was already installed on the rest of the vehicle. A very special shout out to Alex! She was incredibly detailed, extremely knowledgeable, and was prompt at responding to all of my inquiries. She happily provided specific package options with broken down costs to help me understand the budget I wanted to spend. I had many questions and learned so much from her! 5 stars isn't enough for the experience I had at Elite Finish this week…read more After getting sideswiped by a minivan last Saturday, I brought my VW GTI in on Monday hoping they could buff out the tire marks left on my car. The team got to work right away and gave it a real effort -- but in the process, they discovered something I never knew: my car (purchased brand new in 2019!) had apparently been repainted at some point before I bought it, which made the job much more complicated than a standard detail could handle. Rather than cut corners or give me a mediocre result, they were completely upfront with me and explained that an auto body shop would be better equipped to do the job right. They even recommended a nearby shop they trusted. Here's the part that really got me: after all that time and effort, they didn't charge me a single dollar. I was already stressed from the accident, and the kindness I was shown here genuinely made my day better. This is a team with real integrity -- they care more about doing right by their customers than making a quick buck. I've driven past this place countless times, and when I finally decided to wrap my Rivian, I reached out for a quote. Timing probably wasn't ideal since the owners were on a short vacation, but they still made the effort to follow up about a week later. That already said a lot to me. We ended up having a pretty long phone conversation--funny enough, not just about the wrap, but about life in general. By the end of that call, I felt confident I had found the right shop. Throughout the entire process--from picking the material to final installation--they were transparent, detail-oriented, and just genuinely honest. That kind of communication goes a long way, and I appreciated it. As for the wrap itself, it came out incredible. The matte satin finish on the Rivian looks exactly how I pictured it--if not better. The edges, corners, everything is clean and precise. I've seen enough wraps to know that even the best material can look bad with poor installation, and vice versa. In this case, they clearly nailed the prep and install because the final result speaks for itself. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a wrap. HoW is crazy detail-oriented and i'd definitely recommend HoW to anyone looking for *very* high quality work! i had shopped around for price, and there were other highly rated shops that were cheaper and who promised a 24-hr to 48-hr turnaround time. but after talking to several of these other shops, i came away feeling uneasy with their glib promises and cavalier responses to my questions. so i decided to stick with the team i *knew* would do an awesome job! and i'm glad i did!

Irredeemable business practices, very poor communication. PLEASE AVOID…read more I was involved in a major freeway accident in which my car had to be towed. I was lied to by the tow company that my AAA didn't cover a longer range tow but was repeatedly assured that I my car would be brought to a reputable shop which the driver personally knew. Wraps Motorsports did not mention any storage fees until the day I received a quote when suddenly storage fees became $180/day for the past 2.5 weeks before that, one week of which I wasn't able to get ahold of them and wasn't contacted back. I had no choice then but to go with their services. I was then told that if I wanted the price they offered me I would have to pay cash upfront or it'd be another $500. They were suddenly communicative during this time. Immediately afterwards, communication ceased. I was told repairs would take 3 weeks and received no updates on progress despite calling twice a week. Half a week out from 3 weeks, I finally was able to get through only to hear that they hadn't even finished ordering the parts. Mind you giving the towing situation I live over 100 miles away, living off inconsistent public transit. I was told repairs would be complete by the end of the next week. And so would begin the cycle for the next FIVE WEEKS in which I'd be lied to that repairs be completed at the end of the week, try to call multiple times and never get an answer, and clear my entire weekend out to pick up the car only to be told the day of that the repairs weren't completed and I couldn't yet pick up the car. When I finally was told I could come and purposely arrived an hour late, repairs were still being done to the car! So then I had to wait until the end of the day. Once I cane back for the car, the owner quickly decided he had to leave five minuted before the car would be handed over. Surely enough the CEL, airbag lights came on and the AC was leaking. After my drive home the car then bricked outside my house and I had to manually charge the battery. Bringing the car into another shop, there were computer issues, sensor issues, a replacement air flow meter was needed, and an attempt to recharge and refill the AC system was made. Now perhaps sensor/air flow meter issues were missed in the diagnosed, and the computer issue wasn't caused by them, but I had paid $400+ to have the AC replaced and recharged/filled. This issue made sense as the owner had bragged to me that he had cannibalized parts from a Chevy Volt he'd purchased on Facebook marketplace (clearly not the aftermarket parts listed on the quote). I then tried to contact Wraps Motorsports about the uncompleted repair. I was told I'd be compensated for the repair. As of now, having attempted communication with them over phone and email multiple times, I HAVE NOT received any response. I wish this was sarcastically made up but nah this was unbelievable. AVOID. Body work on repairs was decent.
