He got me in and out in under an hour and his price was reasonable (I'd called around). The customer service was bar none. They even let me know that if I have too many keys on my keychain, it could cause engine problems and possibly a fire. I'm glad I can avoid that in the future. Action Alignment has an incredibly charming and adorable shop kitty who honored me with lots of attention and even let me pet her a whole bunch. Used this shop a few times for three vehicles. Two vehicles required some more complicated…read morerepairs/fabrication as well as several common repairs. $2000.00 was pre-paid for two vehicles to help justify the time/labor and to show commitment. These two vehicles were worked on primarily by the manager of the business. While checking in on the business about once a week, work was going well until three months passed where the work was clearly being put aside and only worked on rarely. After seven+ months, I requested to have the vehicles prepared for towing and moved to another shop due to the continual delays. Also, several weeks before this time the business no longer responded to my voicemails or calls, I had to physically go to the location to get my property. When asked why calls weren't being responded too, they simply shrugged and said that they dont do that anymore. When I complained about wanting my cars available to two immediately due to the inexcusable delays in completing the two cars, I was yelled at and was unable to discuss how to conclude the vehicles. I was also told off over the phone prior to this when I pressed the fact that the work was taking too long. Finally, the work done on both vehicles was also incomplete and there was visible permanent damage done to one vehicles brand new paint job also covered in dust. There were scratches, and pits in the paint that suggest that it has been bumped into objects on the front and back and sides. This was due to the fact that the vehicle had been moved several times during the seven+ months and just was subject to cramped storage. As mentioned, neither of the two vehicles were completed and one vehicle actually had hosing disassembled in the engine compartment, reversing work that was already there rendering the car unable to run. I hope that anyone who reads this, will only consider this shop for standard repair and maintenance and avoid it for anything beyond this.

The lack of communication and willingness to help has been incredibly disappointing. Watching my mother struggle through this has been heartbreaking.
