When the tow truck arrived we felt relieved. The tow truck driver Eric was wonderful. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and insightful to what our needs were. We were on a short getaway and now had to get our car towed back to Virginia Beach, plus get some guidance on getting a rent a car in Nags Head to complete our vacation plans. Unlawful Towing of Disabled Veteran's Vehicle…read more My husband, a disabled veteran with ADA-compliant disabled tags, was legally parked in a clearly marked handicap space in the parking lot outside Bluewater Seafood Market. There were no signs stating the parking lot was for "customers only" or that towing would be enforced. Despite this, Seto Towing was called and towed his truck. Under federal ADA law, it is illegal to tow a properly parked vehicle with disabled plates or placards--and as a towing company, Seto should absolutely know that. We were forced to pay $275 to retrieve the vehicle and another $25 for transportation to their facility, totaling $300 for something that never should have happened. This was not only wrong--it was discriminatory. We have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and are asking for full reimbursement. I urge others to be cautious--if Seto Towing is involved, even your rights as a disabled driver may not be protected. Attached are photos of the county laws. None of them were met. No 24x24 sign, no call to the police department, all tags were on vehicle properly marked. 10000% illegal! Tried to speak with the lady at the front desk about these laws for a refund and she refused to have an adult conversation.

Turns out the mechanic (after having made me wait an hour so he could take his lunch break) installed the brake line incorrectly so that it rubbed against the tire and eventually wore away completely. When I called to inform them, they took zero responsibility, and informed me that "There's only one way to install a brake line". The mechanics I talked to in Virginia (where my brakes failed) both told me that the guy that worked on my car shouldn't be working an any cars, period. So if you value your life, or your family's life, I'd recommend going elsewhere. There are several other more professional, and more competent, places in the area.

I was able to communicate with the customer service rep over Facebook messenger and they answered all my questions promptly and satisfactory to my needs. I was able to get an appointment very soon within my availability. The first time I need them to do a full diagnostic of my vehicle. As well as fixing a few present issues. They provided me with a detailed description of everything I needed to get done and in order of priority. They provided cost for parts and labor. The customer service rep went over all of it with me, allowing me to gain trust in thier knowledge and experience. Because I was a happy customer the first time. I decided to come back. The second time I again spoke with the rep via Facebook messenger and they got me an appointment. I am unable to drop my car of during business hours which is OK because they have an overnight dropbox. I highlighted what I needed done, from the previous list they provided, and they took care of exactly what I asked for. The best part about it is that it was all at a reasonable price. Even though I leave my vehicle for them to ha e it all day so they dont have to rush or worry, in case they unexpectedly get slammed, they always get the job done in a faster time then I expected.
