We recently had repairs done at Autovantage, and out of curiosity I got two other estimates for the same work. Both were substantially less. One by almost a third. The owner and the front desk staff is so nice and helpful! Although, it was expensive which is pretty expected when taking your car in to get anything fixed, the experience was so great and it's less expensive than taking it to the dealership. I usually always take my car into Jeep if anything is wrong with it, but I usually have a bad experience or takes FOREVER and is way more expensive. So I took my car in here because of the reviews and its local. They were so helpful, the owner went on a test ride with me to hear the noise I was hearing, then suggested keeping it over night to hear it on a cold start. And the front desk staff was very informative and helpful, even asked if I needed a ride home. And when I got my car back today, it was cleaned inside (vacuumed and wiped down) which let me tell ya, Jeep never does that. And they were so efficient and quick! When I take my car into Jeep, it drags on and I waste so much money on a rental. It took them 2 days and I was even able to take my rental back early! Would definitely recommend! Also, let me add: I didnt even notice it but on my passager seat was this envelope with 10 dollars saying they found it under the seat. As you walk into Autovantage Service Center you get a very professional feel. The waiting area feels more like a dealership than a regular mechanic shop. I came in looking for a regular brake pad change. However when I spoke to Becki she informed that they do not just slap on pads and call it a day. What they do is perform a complete brake service from changing the pads, resurfacing the rotor if applicable, and exchange the brake fluid. Talking to her felt as if I was talking to the mechanic because she had more info that is too much to put here. I have never had a tech or sales guy with this much information. Long story short I got a full brake service. When the work is done they go over exactly what was done and go over the inspection to recommend what needs to be done ASAP or in the near future. If you live within the area they can provide tip top transportation to and from where you need to go. They also do a great followup on how we enjoyed their service. So if you want quality service, people who know their $hit, amazing customer service then PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE come here! P.S.
