I came to Palmen Jeep as a suggestion from Mark P. I haven't seen the reviews or star rating but I…read morebelieve this is the largest Jeep/dodge dealer in the state. So traveling an hour south to check on a Jeep found online wasn't a bad idea. First off when searching for the past year the Jeep I originally wanted was supposed to be looking for an off lease manual shift 1-2 year old with two doors diesel in Sarge green. I recall when the JK model came out I didn't care for the overall look and figment of the dash. It looked too blah and chintzy imo for the price. I believe that the steering components are finally tuned up to prevent front end wiggle wobble. That had been a recall issue in the previous 2 years. Special Ordering one, I was told takes 2 months which would be cutting it to close for my Florida homestead exemption requirement. I couldn't take the gamble on them delivering on time. So I ended up with a minimally equipped Rubicon that kept the price under 50K. Sales department wasn't hounding or lurking I had plenty of time to look the vehicle as if it were Sunday. I used the sams card along with the end of year "family special" that is extended to everyone through Jeep/Chrysler. I'm happy with the vehicle I got. I paid a little more for only 2 options I didn't want, but happy in general. Matt Collins was helpful and was able to answer technical questions about satellite radio, electronic release sway bar and the freedom hard top. Amb 5 Service 3 not sure I like having left the place with 2 key fobs a thumb drive and no physical paperwork in hand. No bill of sale or recipient. The certificate of origin came registered mail 2 week after the check cleared. The bill of sale is important for calculating tax for registration out of state. The dmv will not allow a thumb drive to be plugged into their computers. So they had to fax it down. It took me a few days to eventually get it registered and tagged. And insurance company could not start till the vin showed up in the Fl system. Location 4 Value 5 1/2020

I had a horrible experience trying to buy out my leased Honda here. When I expressed I wanted to…read morebuy my vehicle now that my lease was up, they quoted me the current price for a brand new model of my car. I vaguely remembered there being a set number I could buy the vehicle at in my leasing agreement. I asked them for a copy of it, and they said they didn't have that, I would have to get it from the original dealer I signed my lease with. That should have been my first inkling something was wrong- not having the one document that legally binds us?? That's Wild. I called the Honda in Chicago I signed my leasing agreement with and got a copy of my lease. Sure enough, it was listed that I could purchase the vehicle at the end of my lease for almost ten grand under what I was quoted. TEN. GRAND. I brought this all to them in person, a manager stepped in to talk to me, and still tried to make me buy it for $2,000 over the price listed in my lease due to "commission and service costs". Absolutely wild. I ended up buying it through a credit union which they tried to deter me from and it was the simplest process and I didn't pay a cent over the price in my lease. I had to raise my voice at this manager to get him to stop spewing his sales pitch at me so I could leave. Disgusting and slimy sales tactics, I love Honda but this branch cannot be trusted!

Hailey Monson was so sweet and made my experience seamless! Thank you for being so kind. 11/10read more

From the moment I walked in, Kenny had me cracking up but still managed to stay professional and focused on getting me exactly what I needed. He somehow made the whole process (which I normally dread) actually enjoyable. Kenny knows his stuff, explains everything clearly, and has the kind of humor that instantly puts you at ease. He treats you like a friend, not just another sale. If you're looking for someone who's sharp, straightforward, and genuinely fun to work with, Kenny's your guy. Ask for him you'll walk away with a smile (and probably a few good jokes to tell too). Thanks, Kenny! You made car shopping a blast.

This company sells cars with branded titles without disclosing it. Not only is that bad enough,…read morewhen you reach out to them to ask how to fix it, they refuse to help and deny they are at fault at all. Found out about this in January when I went to trade in my car at another dealer and they told me my $30,000 car was now only worth $8000 because of this branded title. Now it is 6 months later and I still have no answer on if my title is fixed. Zeigler tells me the original dealer made a mistake in marking it branded but will not take ownership that they still sold it to me with the title branded. Now to top it off, I have been trying to get in touch with someone for 2 months about canceling my car's warranty and keep getting the same "someone will contact you soon" reply. Would never recommend this dealership. Bunch of scam artists. They also scammed a family member of mine with her purchase by adding $1000s of unnecessary fees that were never disclosed at purchase but would not assist her until she threatened calling her attorney.
