Let me start off by saying Shaun is such a great guy. I took my 2014 Hyundai Veloster in yesterday, had an appointment to come in between 8-9AM, my alarm didn't go off so I was 1.5 hours late. It was almost 10:30AM. I knew there was a possibility that they wouldn't be able to get my car in and I wasn't going to get mad because I knew it was my fault. I went in, apologized for being super late, and I was right, Shaun had mentioned it might be too late to take my car in today and that they don't usually take cars after 10AM. However, he still wanted to see the condition of my car and double check with his guys to see maybe if they still have time for my car since they already started working on another car. Thankfully they were able to detail my car that day! I was so relieved. He mentioned that since I was late, it might take him till 5-6PM to finish up my detail, and that was fine for me! I was just happy they were able to do it today! Came back a little before 5PM and he was still working on it. Shaun came by and said he had a few more things to do. I was totally fine with that. I just hung around in their office. About 5:30-5:45 I believe, he said he was all done! He let us go around back to his shop to see my car. My Veloster definitely looked, smelled, felt squeaky clean! No more dog smell and dog snot all over my tinted windows! No more dust and dirt all over my interior! Carpets, all surfaces, leather chairs were all vacuumed, shampooed, wiped down, and so much more. I was impressed! Affordable and professional. Shaun and his crew killed it on my car. This is the first car to get details and I have 2 more to go! It's already scheduled and I'm pretty excited to see how those turn out as well. Shawn is outstanding in his service!! My car feels brand new every time! He was able to get rid of obnoxious smells from food that rotted in our car while we were out of town. Shaun did an amazing job with our two cars! The amount of time he spends on each car is insane and the results are speechless. I had one bad oil stain on my seat and he was able to remove it! Shaun and crew are amazing! I brought in my Durango which had been owned by my daughter, busy mother of four kiddos. This car was very special and needed major cleaning. I got a quote in advance and he made sure to stay at that price. Upholstery, carpets cleaned along with all The sticky goo in cup holders etc. the eye for detail is definitely there. Why one star? Because I couldn't give them 0! I was scheduled to have my vehicle detailed this morning at 9am. When I arrived to his place of business, I was told by the auto repair shop next door that he closed up the shop and now works out of his apartment across the street! I placed two calls to him which went to voicemail. You would think that since he had a customer, he would be answering his phone! He may do great work, but I do not plan on finding out! Underwhelming since the change in ownership. Quality is decent but impossible to reach on the phone. Unreliable time lines and zero communication. Hopefully they will find their footing but for now I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Went in last weekend to get a wash/wax/clay detail on my new car in order to protect it for the winter. Shaun was very helpful in setting up an appointment to come in to get my car detailed. Last Christmas I had an accident where a crockpot full on pot roast tipped all over my passenger side floor. It stained and left such a bad odor. Shaun was able to take out the stain and the odor and my car smells almost brand new! He was able to pick me up and drop me off at my apartment while I waited. Megan and her sidekick did a fabulous job detailing the inside and outside of my 2011 Nissan Rogue. The seats came back to looking new. The paints surface is once again as smooth as can be. Highly recommended because she cares about her work and that is important. Very nice, fair pricing, and great work. Brought my 2015 Scion tC in, had a lot of stains from my kid having a party in her carseat all the time. He got all the stains out, cleaned the interior in so well it felt like I was driving a brand new car again! Shaun and his team are amazing! They pay very close attention to detail, making sure your vehicle is perfect before leaving the shop. I recently moved back from CA and I drove up, so my car was in desperate need of a good detail. Before I could find the time to look up a shop, I was rear ended, causing the soda in my cup holder to practically explode all over the dash, steering wheel and center console, leaving the volume/sport mode/command buttons extremely sticky and hard to use. I found Shaun's shop on Yelp and luckily for me, he had a cancellation and was able to work on my car the next day. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up later that day. My car was so clean and beautiful and most importantly, my buttons were unstuck! Upon pick up, we discussed my rear bumper and he told me he could have someone fix it for me for a fraction of the cost that other shops were quoting me. I saved well over $1000! I don't currently live in the area so scheduling a time to drop it off/leave it with him was hard but he was extremely flexible and worked with my schedule. 10/10 would recommend, hands down.
