    Had an amazing experience with Luxury Auto Detailing. Joe did my interior & exterior detail and my car turned out gorgeous. He was very detailed and asked me to check his work to make sure I was happy. Even my back seat where my dog hangs out looks brand new. He even took care of any minor exterior scratches I had. My car looks and feels like a brand new car and I will definitely use them again! Excellent value for the money!

    I recently purchased a used vehicle that wasn't detailed, there were a few stains on some of the seats and it had a peculiar odor; so I contacted Luxury Auto Detailing for an appointment. They extracted the dirt from the upholstery and removed the unwanted smell. Their services were top tier and their customer service was Nordstrom's caliber. I highly recommend these people; they take pride in their work and have great ethics and excellent customer service!

    Chris and his team were very professional and did an amazing job with our family SUV. I would recommend them and their service to anyone. As I have used other local detailing companies and none of them paid as close attention and Luxury Auto detailing. They also had the best price I could find in the area. I WILL BE BACK

Spoke to the owner, worked with a manager. If you need a general cleaning, they do fine work. The parts of the car that weren't really dirty look good. I took my car in because the dogs had tracked mud or something on the backseat. I specifically told them that was what I wanted worked on. If they did the rest, whatever, but I wanted those spots gone. 2 hours and $300 later, you can still see some of the spots. Couldn't tell until the fabric dried. The main reason for the ratin is that they threw away personal items they deemed "trash". Didn't ask, even though I was sitting in the lobby. Just threw away multiple items and didn't return others to my vehicle. The items weren't expensive or difficult to replace, but it is a lack of respect for someone else's property, especially when they are paying you for a service. I had to go back and make them look around the work area for what was missing. Still didn't get everything back. The owner apologized "for the inconvenience". Also, if you still decide to give this place your business: Make an appointment and do drop off. Don't wait. They don't have a comfortable waiting room.
