I requested a quote in the evening and they replied super fast! They were able to take me in the next day as well which was really convenient. I got a full interior detail and joe did such a great job. He was also very nice and accommodating. They don't provide loaner cars but there were some restaurants and cafes in walking distance so we had something to do for a couple hours. They are also reasonably priced for the quality they gave. Came here after launching a Yelp project for interior and exterior detailing service in my area on a used car I recently purchased. The interior was in good condition but the outside needed a good wax. Luxury was the first service to get back to me with a quote and the first service that was available. For a full interior and exterior, I was quoted $235 which included all the bells and whistles like carpet shampooing. For $185 they cleaned the interior and exterior but didn't shampoo the carpets. It took about 1.5 hours for them to finish and the car looked great inside and out. I like that they did not add fragrance to the car but it still smelled clean. He also offered to go over anything again that I wasn't satisfied with. The only thing is I wish I waited a week until he got the new polisher that would remove some of the light scratches that I was hoping to get rid of. I'm glad they'll be offering that service. All in all a good experience. I'll be back. read more
