I've been in retail management for many…read moreyears and the customer service I received from Bev and Brandon is the best I've ever been treated ANYWHERE! I woke up to a dead battery and had to get my car jump started. I called around and no one could match their price or many places weren't even available as it was Memorial Weekend. Bev assured me she could talk me through changing the battery right at the store. They normally are too busy to help so store policy is that they don't assist in changing batteries, which I totally understand, but Bev went through the trouble of pulling up a YouTube video and getting me started. Brandon was just as helpful as we had to go through several steps to gain access to the battery. Once the battery was out I was able to take over and get the new battery installed myself, with their tools no less! I was traveling for work and this experience at the Grandville NAPA was a memorable one indeed. I'll never go anywhere else if I need parts or advice because I know I'll be taken care of. Let's hope their supervisors take care of Bev and Brandon so they can continue to grow the business in a time where the economy is in trouble, inflation is out of control, and customer service often seems non existent! We were greeted by Mike and he was very helpful in what we needed to change our brakes. He even talked to my other brother on the phone to make sure we have everything needed to have a successful change of breaks. If I were him, I would probably think that we were some newbies that he should try to sell us as many things as possible, but he didn't. I even asked him about some wiper blades for my car and he treated me with such generosity. I've gone into auto parts store before and I get treated like a girl that doesn't know what she's talking about. Granted this time, I've only come in to get wiper blades which shouldn't be hard, but still. Mike was very nice and friendly and because of that, I would come back.

Only downfall I came in and 2 guys at the desk helping customers. When one got done he walk to the back. I just needed a wiper blade and waiting while the other guy got done telling him what ever more in depth information then my car issue. While I was waiting I could see straight to like a back office where 3 men sat. I am not sure what their position was but I waited like 10 mins before getting greeted and described what kind of blade I needed. You know how it is, no one came up to the front till after it is now your turn and the guys is done helping the other. Then you watch the next guy get immediate service. Again I would come here for my wiper replacement. The guy who helped me was fine when explaining my reason for coming in.

They took my information over the phone and had me use the drop box. They took a look first thing in the morning (I very much appreciated the speed!). They ordered and replaced my starter same day. After finding that the issue did not resolve, they offered to reinstall my original starter so that I wouldn't be charged for the new one... and they said there would be no labor charge for any of the work! Truly fantastic customer service that only left me with positive things to say! Nicole at the front was very communicative and helpful through the whole process. The only reason I had to go elsewhere to fix my car is because it required electrical diagnosis/repair that they aren't equipped for here. If I could have paid them to work on it here, I definitely would have due to the experience I had with their people. Definitely recommending this place!!
