Joe is a Lier and a cheat and should not be trusted. He is selling damaged parts to the public and then does not honor his own policies of giving a refund. Therefore, I needed to get new battery for my car. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was informed by the staff that they will check my car before he can give me a quote. After the staff examined my car. He advised I can purchase the battery and get the installation for no charge. The reason I gave 5 stars because the staff performed well and beyond expectations. Regardless if it's raining hard and cold, the staff still changed my battery. After the battery was replaced, my car was still not up and running. The staff got help from Sandra and a senior Co-worker for an advice. Their team found my car needed to replace a battery cable connector and helped me replace it. Anyhow, the kids at the high school I teach at are awesome as is their auto teacher, and they do all my oil changes and whatnot and save me mucho dinero. So what I do is order the parts I need, and they fix it! This is where CarQuest comes in. I wasn't exactly sure what parts I needed, but I had an idea... something about an idler tension pulley on the a/c belt. Or something like that. Over the phone, Roderick was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions, ordered a part just in case I decided I needed it, and got me all taken care of by the time I arrived at the store. When I got there he knew exactly what I needed, knew all about my particular vehicle, and gave me suggestions. I bought a belt, tensioner pulley, idler pulley, and oil filter, all for about $70. Whichever parts I didn't wind up needing I returned, no problem. For friendliness and convenience, CarQuest was awesome and I will absolutely use them again. :)
