They didn't currently have the piece but were willing to go and get it so we could still pick the car up on Monday. They called as the car was ready, seemed willing to wait until we got there to pick up the car, but we were more than willing and happy to pay over the phone so that they could be on their way home. But after having them perform a couple of extensive repairs on my Acura, I TOO have become a fan (and also now understand that one other reviewer and how he was 'sad' when he moved out of the area and couldn't use Frank's Auto anymore!) Keith is about the nicest guy you can run into. He is very responsive to your questions and clearly knows his stuff. When he can't answer your phone call (again, he himself is in the shop working), he calls back pretty quickly. He has finished the repairs in the time span originally noted.
