Maybe, something will happen with their assistance. I have NEVER had a experience as this with retailer not responding or standing behind their product.

He got calls while I was there, helped customers on the phone while getting my key fob set right and handled the chaos with grace and amazing customer service. This "kid" is going places. In one call yesterday, they offered to meet me at my car parked in the neighborhood that same afternoon. Cory (sp?) was direct and honest about wait times and services costs. He troubleshooted with me to ensure a new battery was needed, and not just a jump. Communication about wait times was superb, along w/ cost & payment options. I went into my local O'Reilly store and the guy on duty didn't hesitate to step out into the freezing parking lot, remove the deadlight (with some difficulty) and put in the new one. I dropped my car off at the mechanic this morning and they call me back this afternoon and tell me that they are the wrong parts so I had them order the parts for me. What a freakin hassle. This is the third time this has happened. The first two times I took the parts back to exchange them for the correct parts but with no discount. I feel like this is done intentionally so you are then forced to buy their parts. I will never shop there again.
