I live in Victorville and needed to purchase the Red Angel A/C Recharge, but no other AutoZone had it in stock. I called the AutoZone in Bloomington while I was on my way there to make sure they had it available. While traveling down the hill, I lost phone reception. Carmen went above and beyond by calling me back to let me know that she had found the only one they had left in the back and that she would hold it for me. What really impressed me was that I never even gave her my phone number, yet she took the initiative to make sure I didn't make the long drive for nothing. That level of thoughtfulness, dedication, and customer service is a true sign of professionalism. Carmen did a fantastic job, and I really appreciate her going the extra mile to help me out. Today I went to the auto one on Bloomington ave Had a very bad experience with the store manager Manuel Mosscatto regarding battery warranty and swapping out my batteries as customer satisfaction he was very rude and argumental said why would he swap my batteries out as a satisfaction and told me to go back to the store I originally came from if they were going to help me . DO NOT go to that Autozone in Bloomington. After all the back and forth I ended up going back to the Fontana auto zone on Sierra & Slover and David the store manger was able to take care of me. Everyone else was helpful and nice except for a girl named Anna. She was rude to begin with. I nicely asked if it's possible to switch out the battery for me since I've gotten it switched to autozone before at a different one with no issues. When Anna took a look she said "oh we can't do that" and I was confused because like I said I've gotten it done before. And her coworker said "oh yeah we would be able to do it". And when she put the new battery in, she rudely said "turn it on", no customer service voice or decency what so ever. I turned on my car and it quickly turned off by itself, which I found weird. And then I told Anna that the battery turned off and I think she only shook it and it started up again. Once I get home, I asked my uncle to check to see if Anna connected the battery correctly and the battery was LOOSE AND THE BOLTS WERE NOT TIGHTEN, my uncle even took a bolt off with his hand with literally two twists. I honestly don't know what Anna's problem was but please, if you didn't want to do it, you could've said no and said let me ask someone else for you, and carried on with your day instead of risking my car and my life. Went to pick up a part for my husband, I had the barcode and order number and the store manager Manuel made a big fuss over him being the one to pick up the part. He said the order number and barcode have nothing to do with the order. Wtf. We've never had an issue before picking up orders under someone else's name. Who the hell is going to go steal rotors or brake pads and know who's name the order is under. read more

Manual is a joke! I go to pick up a battery and I had to pay through PayPal in order to make payments. Since I didn't have an extra $300. Anyway, when I filled out the PayPal it was under my maiden name. I didn't notice until I got to the store. Then Manual decided to give me a bad time because I didn't have an ID showing my maiden name. I tried to explain the situation and show him I had the email confirmation and the confirmation from PayPal. He would not release my order since I didn't have an Id showing my maiden name. Even though I had all the emails showing I was the person who placed the order. I hope Manual gets his karma.@ read more

I advised to him that the my car screen flashed low engine oil in my car that if he could help select the right oil for my car along if he had time if he could assist me by putting it in my engine for me too!Patrick, did an awesome job on providing me with amazing customer service with a smile and thanks for your help bro, I really appreciate your help. Sold us the wrong sized snow chains. We should've tested in the parking lot! Went up the mountain & the chains didn't fit (the chain techs couldn't do it either). Had to drive back off the mountain because the shop mid-mountain was sold out. Wasted 2 hrs having to get the right chains! By the time we got chains, chain control was off. -_-|| read more

Walked in needing windshield wipers, walked whole store hoping an employee would notice that I looked lost but nope nobody acknowledged me.. Finally found wipers, they had very little to choose from & no book to find your vehicles match.. They did offer a barcode to scan to help but I had crappy service so that didn't help. Best costumer service I've had in a long time. They researched, advised, and encouraged us to seek alternative solutions to an a/c problem I was having with my 2011 Nissan Rogue. I don't feel too comfortable visiting auto stores because you know gender roles an whatnot but I really felt heard and helped here. I was truly sorry to see such bad reviews of this place. I wish I could give these guys -5 stars. Some of their employees are nice and cool but their managers suck ! I always have some confrontation with them everytime I go there. I took in my battery under warranty and I was told it was bad but they could only swap it once. But keep in mind it was bad. Great job Autozone.
