Today's services were battery and tires. A discount promotion was applied. I would have forgotten there was this (warranty/promotion I don't remember the name of the warranty/coverage) so I appreciated that they applied the discount without my needing to remind them. I have never in my life had to replace tires annually. To make matters worse, we also purchased the warranty and were told it wouldn't cover anything in this situation. What is the point of a warranty if it offers zero protection? Extremely disappointing experience and a total lack of accountability. I would not recommend getting tires or services from this shop.

They said it was the thermostat which we had suspected, paid them to replace it and they sent us on our way. The day after we had gotten the car back, it overheated on my daughter. We took it back and they said that it must've been a faulty thermostat and said they replaced it again and sent us on our way the second time. Again, it overheated. Took the vehicle into another shop and they confirmed a bad thermostat after we had already paid to have it replaced by Tim and gave him the vehicle 3 times to fix it. Tim then proceeded to tell us it wasn't the thermostat after all, we needed the water pump replaced. This is a newer Ford Explorer, not hard to diagnose, yet they somehow missed the "correct" diagnosis the few times. Bad mouthed the other shop. Tim also needs to understand that customers in his shop can overhear him cussing and badmouthing customers when he is on the phone. Will be contacting Better Business Bureau, but hoping to save others from this frustration and loss of money.

Wouldn't listen. No proof bc all employees were fired since then. They didn't document anything discussed at any appointment. Just what they "should be " for the businesses wallet. Literally said he has a business to run and doesn't have time for this and walked away! He was demeaning, condescending, rude, unprofessional, and what those employees did was reckless and he treated me as though he knew better because I'm just a woman. Called to get a price on new spark plugs and coils. They quoted $800 and called back three minutes…read morelater and said, oh, I am sorry I did not realize that this vehicle was a V8 so it will be $1200. 8 hours later I had to call and ask if my truck was done. He said, well one of the spark plugs was cracked so we have to get a new one. picked up the truck and less then a day later the check engine light comes back on. Brought it back in and they said well "we figured it might be the coil packs." WHAT you are telling me for $1200 you replaced the spark plus and NOT the coil packs...interesting. Said, well can hook it up to the reader on Monday and see what the problem is...the problem was that the spark plugs needed changed along with the coil packs. Will NEVER recommend and will NEVER go back. Lack of customer service and experience. If you don't know how to fix a vehicle you should just say so!
