It was towed over 5 times in the period of time I owned the vehicle. I was dismissed each time I complained with either I am not maintaining the vehicle or don't contact us anymore or we will sue you. I even had to pursue this dealership in small claims court. They didn't even bring evidence to support their lies to the hearing. I had to give the vehicle back to the bank and now I have an open auto loan and no transportation. This transaction has destroyed me and and my family. It will take years to recover from the financial harm that this transaction did to me. I am now reading other customers with similar complaints reviews on Yelp and it is mostly single women that were targeted in the other reviews. I am a single women as well. Please please bring your husband, boyfriend or someone with you do not go here by yourself when signing the contract if you are a single woman. I have reached out to every government agency I can find regarding this experience. They even had me in 2 different contracts and left out that they removed the GAP in the second contract. Today I contacted the FBI and asked for a full criminal investigation on the individuals that were involved in the transaction. They favor a particular bank at this dealership for persons with poor credit and this bank is predatory as well. If anyone is interested in a class action lawsuit against this dealership please let me know. Then 2 weeks after my lawsuit against this dealership the GM starts harassing me through text messages for what reason I do not know.

As I said to them it's not the guys working there it's their process. Really need to fix that. All this AI and on line stuff doesn't work if the store process isn't included.

The bigger issue is the work itself. I brought my wife's car in for a simple oil change and when I got home it was leaking oil. That had never happened before. A few days later the check engine light came on. Two issues back to back on a car that had none before that visit. Another time I brought my truck in and had to turn around and come back 30 minutes later. And now, less than a week after my most recent visit, the check engine light just came on my truck. The workers here are super nice, and since they don't take commission, they're honest, and don't try to push you into anything un-necessary! I'm one who usually goes to the dealer for maintenance, but I'm so glad I didn't. The prices were reasonable, and they were able to fit me in as a walki-in. Definitely recommend this place/location for honest repairs! :)
