I would strongly caution anyone considering Big O Tires I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, and immediately after leaving, my engine failed. An engine does not just fail without cause--especially right after basic maintenance. This raises serious concerns that proper procedures were not followed, including the possibility that oil was not added to the engine. I escalated this to corporate and made a very simple, reasonable request: to review the surveillance footage of the service being performed on my vehicle. If everything was done correctly, this should be an easy way to resolve the issue. Instead, I've spent the last six weeks calling repeatedly (over 10 times) with zero response. No returned calls, no updates, no accountability. At this point, the complete lack of transparency and refusal to communicate only raises further concerns. If there is nothing to hide, there should be no issue providing the footage. I am documenting everything and will continue to pursue this matter until I get answers. I expected professionalism and accountability--what I've received instead is silence. Proceed at your own risk. read more

I took my car into the Big O tires off Florence blvd for a simple alignment because it was pulling to the left and whenever I got my car back the steering wheel was pulled halfway to the right. I'll never take my car their again. Plus they held it for 2 days just for a alignment job. Went somewhere else this morning and it was done in 30 minutes. read more

Had a big nail in my front driver's side tire and it was causing some issues and concerns for a quick repair. Wonderful Jaimie was at the front desk and got me scheduled right away. I had a very horrible experience with Big o tires on Hunt highway and in Florence I took it in here cuz I had an oil leak they lied to me and told me it was oil pan broke a bolt off when trying to put the oil pan back together and did not fix the oil leak the problem was the top seal main seal so they told me they would fix it it would take two days I left my truck up there for 2 days and they did not do the work he tried to further more charge me $300 for an oil pan that there was nothing wrong with the original oil pan but they wanted me by another one at $300 since their tech broke off both in it so long story short they did not do the work my vehicle set up there for 2 days very extremely disgusted with this place Big o on Hunt highway in Florence Arizona I would avoid to not use it they will charge you for stuff that you do not need read more

Do not trust this shop. Took my car in for an oil change and when I went in to pick it up, I pulled out it was not running the same. My car has not been able to start since and had to have it towed. The store manager did not help and the district manager will not call me back or answer any of my calls when surveillance video was requested. I truly believe they are at fault and do not want to admit it. As it's now been 6 weeks and I have not been contacted back. DO NOT TRUST this location. read more

I went to the Big O Tires in Florence AZ on Tuesday the 22nd for an oil change and the staff was Amazing. I did need some stuff addressed on my car, but they didn't push me to buy or do anything at the moment. Thank you to all the staff who worked that morning. Update: After leaving my one-star review (below) I received a call from the store manager Jeff. He was apologetic about the situation, stood behind his work and made it right. Buyer beware of hidden fees. Purchased my own tires off of Simple Tire, took my truck into Big O to have them installed. I was quoted 1 hour of labor ($170.00), which I thought was fair. I also added an alignment to the service. When I went to pick up my vehicle there were random additional charges...TPMS Rebuild Kit ($7.50 each), Nitrogen ($9.99 each), and the alignment was more than the advertised price on the counter. Don't quote a customer $170 and their final bill is $460, that is BAD customer service! read more

Exceptional Customer Service - Thank You, Kyle and Dustin! People don't write enough good reviews when they experience truly exceptional customer service, so here goes: I wanted to thank Kyle and Dustin for going above and beyond during my visit! We brought in our 4Runner for just an oil change, but the experience exceeded all expectations. Kyle provided a short list of suggested services for our vehicle but didn't push any sales tactics, which was refreshing compared to past experiences at other shops. He even acknowledged that some of the suggestions could get pricey and told us to come back when we were ready--no pressure at all. Once the oil change was complete, Kyle walked us out to the vehicle and pointed out a few concerns to keep an eye on. Not only that, but he addressed a check engine light and a persistent tire pressure light that had been on for two years! Several shops (including Discount Tire, which replaced the sensors) and even a dealership couldn't figure out why the tire pressure light remained on when all four tires were properly aired. Kyle quickly diagnosed the issue: the spare tire also has a sensor, and it needed to be aired up. He had his tech air it up, and the light turned off immediately! After two years of frustration, Kyle fixed it in seconds. As for Dustin, he was incredibly personable and helpful while we waited for the service to be completed. He had great customer interaction, answered all our questions, and made the wait much more enjoyable. Even though I live in Surprise and happened to stop at this Big O Tires because of an appointment in Florence, I will absolutely make the trip back to this location for future services. These guys were upfront, helpful, and completely free of pushy sales tactics. I left the shop feeling confident and happy with the service provided. Great job, Kyle and Dustin! Due to its proximity with Anthems Sun City retirement community this Big O Tires handles golf cart tires, which many locations do not. Located next to the Safeway it's easy to get in and out of. I do not know if they patch tires for free though, like Discount Tires does. They do free air checks though which is nice. read more

Hi. I was a loyal Big O customer for many years. And then it happened... - The Big O store near me recommended new cabin air filter for my car. They showed me a picture of a used cabin air filter that was not from my car. My car did not come equipped with a cabin air filtration system. No big deal, I told myself. I'll just switch to another Big O store when I need my next set of tires. The new store was great! And then it happened... Tread separation issues on the new set of tires were a good reason to make a warranty claim. One tire was causing noise an vibration, but two separate Big O stores clamed that it was a bearing issue causing the noise. Rather than replacing the defective tire, they... You get the point. I don't need to waste more of your time or mine telling how a once great company with outstanding customer service has fallen into the abyss. I was sorry to see them go. read more

I walked in with multiple concerns about my vehicle. They took care of my car and even went above and beyond to take care of my battery. I asked for an oil change and advised them that my battery was dying and they might need to jump it so I could take it to autozone and have it replaced under warranty. Autozone is literally right next door. They did the oil change and took it over to autozone for me to have my battery replaced. Super stars in my book!! Thanks a million guys! read more

I came to Big O' Tires after work because I suspected there was a leak in one of my tires. I showed up a few minutes to close (I didn't realize, and I would never have asked if it wasn't an emergency). The manager and his team were helpful, friendly, and efficient. I went to Big O this morning bc I heard a clicking noise on my car. I'm in town helping my mom after she fell. I am going home soon and didn't want car trouble. Manager Jeff Gorman provided a quote for Diagnostics and told me if it was going to take too long, they had a shuttle to take me home. I went to Safeway to pick up a couple things. Upon my return, I asked the technician, Steven Krout, if I could put my groceries in my car. He said yes and he wanted to talk to me about my car. Steven explained the noise was from the fuel injectors and normal for my vehicle. We have only owned it 6 months. Steven had also checked my tires and explained the wheels that were supposed to be on the back of the car were mounted on the front and the other set of tires was the wrong size. I had no idea and probably wouldn't have known for a long time if not for Steven checking. Jeff came out to the car with me and he explained it again bc I was still a little fuzzy on it. Jeff said they were going to rotate my tires so at least the wheels would be in the right place although that was not what I originally came in for. My car was ready in about 10 minutes. Jordan came inside and let me know my car was ready. No one likes car trouble. From beginning to end, this contact was professional, kind and caring. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. They didn't put me back out on the road with my wheels still in the wrong place. I truly appreciate the kindness, customer care, integrity and pride in workmanship Jeff Gorman, Steven Krout and Jordan demonstrated. It far surpassed my expectations. I cannot remember when I have ever experienced this type of kindness, competence and caring from a merchant. Thanks to all of you! read more

One morning before work, my husband's truck tire had a screw in it. It was losing air fast. My son & I had plans that morning to use the truck so we had to rush over to Big O without an appt in hopes we could get in. Jeffrey & am crew were awesome! They got us in and out with a complimentary patch in about 30 minutes flat. My son enjoyed a fresh complimentary donut while we waited. The place was super clean & enjoyable. Love the paint & chairs. We even got Dback vouchers!! It was probably the best experience I have ever had while at a tire place. They totally reset our stressful morning into a blessed day! read more

I had an appointment for an oil change, I was actually taken in 10 minutes early, they did a great job and came out and showed me my filters so that I would know they were fine and did not need anything other than the oil change and they rotated my tires. I recommend this new Big o as I used to go to other stores when I've lived in other places and I have to say this is my favorite. read more

Either the technicians are not trained very well or the are just incompetent. I took my car there to have a tire looked at for a slow leak. They stated their was no issue with tire after supposably place the tire in water and did not find a leak. The following morning my family and I drove to Utah. When we arrived it Utah it was time for a tire rotation and I still notice that my tire pressure in the one tire was still lower than the others. I let the company which I will not name know that I have an issues with a tire showing low pressure. When they removed the tire to rotate it, they found the issue. Their was a small nail in the tread. I want to thank Big O Tire for proving to me that they can not be trusted and are a joke. I will never return to this or any other Big O Tire store again. I will not recommend Big O Tire to anyone. read more
