Ordered a part online from them yesterday. went to the store and i spoke to Don who said it wasn't in stock but he could get it there by morning. So i went home and returned today. The manager today tells me he returned my money to my card. Why would anyone return someones online order when the part for it is right in front of your face and the order is paid for? I am very upset with the people working there today and they need to do a better job because now i have to wait for the money to get back on my account in which time the product will probably be out of stock again! I am also trying to get my emissions fixed in time and now they have delayed me even longer so if my plates get suspended for this I'm charging them to get it reinstated! I can't sing enough praises for this store especially Chris. I had bought a brake kit and it came defective, not only did he have it in store within two days but he held it because I hadn't gotten around to installing it. The return process was easy and straightforward with him, while he juggled an entire line of customers that came in (ALL AT ONCE). Replacement kit was installed with no further issues. This store is not nearby or convenient for me, but I'll go back just for that customer service. read more

I went to find some floor mats that I've seen at other AutoZone and staff said they didn't have any and wouldn't help me look to see if they had them at other auto zones. The dude just said check the auto zone in the next town owner, i usually love autozone but I hate the one in Franklin park. read more

Most excellent auto zone ever! I believe his name was MJ I think he's the manager of sales but he went above and beyond for me today! Had to change the battery on my girls Audi and I didn't have the tools to do it. He let me use the toolset to remove and replace the battery!! I own an auto repair shop and I use this Autozone for my commercial account. They are absolutely EXCELLENT!! My parts are always delivered at a reasonable amount of time and if something isn't correct they will go out of their way to make any situation right. They have so many great friendly employees such as MJ, Enrique, Michael, George, I could go on and on. Out of all the AutoZone's and car part stores in the area this store blows them all out of the water! 10/10!! read more

I went to this location to purchase a headlight, they ran out of the one I needed (cheaper $$ one) so the manager (I forgot his name) sold me the better one (more $$) at the same price as the one i wanted, he even told me how to change the light. I'll tell you what, an auto parts store is an auto parts store. But I do enjoy Auto Zone. They offer help if you need it, but all I really need is their app. I like to get in and get out. This place does get busy time to time, but that's only because it's pretty close to O'Hare airport. DIY auto repair saves you hundreds, so thank goodness for Auto Zone. Stay in the Zone! read more

Ok, now I use to work for the competition but since this place is close to my house I thought I would give it a try since prices are very close and they all "price match" I stood in line while the assistant manager was on the phone for 5 min before anyone acknowledged me... But like I said I use to work for the comp so I understood that sometimes its hard to multitask. When he did help me: 1. He said he couldn't give me full core return due to my axle being broken...( Um would I want to replace my axle if it wasn't broke ?) 2 they were 10 dollars more than oreilly and they wouldn't price match it for me. 3. I asked him what size axle nut I needed and he said " I don't know.". so I had to show him how to look it up on his own computer...(assistantmanager)... Save ur self the headach and go across the street to advance or oreilly. read more

Any auto parts store should hire people who have at least some idea of what they are dealing with, several times ive been here and every single time ive had an issue with something. The staff are about as helpful as a second grader learning to use a computer, and have terrible attitudes from time to time. I have been given the wrong parts several times, including the wrong size brakelines, brake parts that were switched out of boxes, and missing hardware, and when i come back to explain this to them they act as if they did nothing wrong. Terrible customer service, terrible knowledge of auto parts and cars in general, i wouldnt waste my time here and just go somewhere else. read more

I called in ahead of time to make sure they had the parts for my car before I picked them up. I'm glad they had them. The man on the phone was really helpful and informative. I ended up going to the store and the man that I was one the phone with ended up helping me as well. David was really nice and gave me suggestions on which products I should buy. Called ahead to make sure they had wiper blades for my Jeep, and asked if someone would be able to put them on when I got there. The guy on the phone was very polite, explaining that they would have to take a look at my Jeep (guess there are different types of wiper clips) and if they could do it they certainly would be happy to do so. Upon getting there, Robert rang me up and did in fact replace the blades. He was super courteous, and delivered great customer service! Thank to Robert for a job well done! read more

This place is a joke i will never go back there all the registers are broken employees are lazy. Its like they don't wont to be there, if you don't like you job change it. Everything takes for ever and finally after you purchase your part you get home and the part is a wrong one they cant even pick a correct one from the shelve. read more

I was in line and the parts sales manager yelled "Who is the next" to a costumer that was waiting in line. When I was next she had the biggest attitude and would roll her eyes. I felt disrespected because the costumers didn't do anything for her to treat us badly. If people don't enjoy their job they should just quit. read more
