They changed the battery and it took me over two and a half hours to get the battery changed. I had the battery changed and my wife called me concerned because she had our two daughters in the car and she was driving down the street and the car stopped. This was one day after the battery was changed. The very next day we brought it to the jeep dealership where we bought the car and they said "we thought we have seen it all but this one takes the cake". I called them and admittedly it took me a while as I travel for work. They then took their sweet time not getting back to me with every excuse in the world. Unfortunately, that company was a big box store that I had already reached out to and hung up because all I could get was an animated service that could not help me.
