Unless you can see what you want is available on the floor, don't buy it! If you have a warranty item you will be punished if the store is receiving a shipment and you need management approval! We waited over 1/2 hr to get warranty break pads signed off b out he manager and she still never came! We saw her walk by but customer service of a loyal customer was not a priority! Customer service is terrible. I.waited in line for about 10 minutes while the cashier talked to a customer about something he ordered then I approached the counter with my bottle of gas treatment and he looked at me like he was confused and then he said let me take care of them. I looked over and two people still in the isles walking towards the cashier and said why and he didn't answer. So I stepped back from counter and looked over and they stopped and was having a conversation. So I sat my gas treatment on counter and left. 2 stars for having the product. Minus 3 stars for their sales manager, Maria V's, customer service or lack there of. I was driving from Fontana and called to see if they had a break light in stock and the gentlemen who answered said yes. I asked him to hold it for me and he got my number and when my profile came up, he confirmed if that was my name. I get there and Maria is standing around gossiping with a male employee and she ends up being the one to "help" me. I tell her I called and had some bulbs put on hold. Standing in one spot, she looks to her left and to her right and asks what year, make and model my car was. I thought that was odd since it was already put on hold. So I answer her questions and then ask if my item was put on hold? She said "well I don't see anything sitting around" - totally uninterested in finding out what happened either. So I tell her that I called 45min ago and someone put it on hold for me. With a very condescending and sarcastic tone she replies "oh really, they did?" as if she could care less.) & then walks away to pick another from the aisle. It wasn't a problem at all, but her b*t*h attitude and lack of customer service was unnecessary. Get a new job if you don't like yours. read more

Terrible customer service!! Would not go back! The oldest man who works there has a really bad attitude towards their customers. I went to simply buy equipment for an oil change and it took nearly an hour for them assist me. All I needed to know what was kind of oil and filter to get and they were sending me back and forth. Great customer service and prices. This store has a lot of parts in stock, but can get special orders in pretty quickly. The store is clean and the layout makes everything easy to find. The workers are pleasant and always help me find the right parts. I've seen them even go the extra mile to help out people with wipers or their batteries out in the parking lot and I think that says a lot about how they treat their customers. I'm never left waiting at the parts counter or the check out. read more

The store itself is a great store but their is an older gentleman that works there named Dominick who has to be the rudest man in customer service. Normally I shop at the other autozone closer to main and I ave and the reps over there are above par with their customer service. ive been to many autozones but this one was horrible with their service! usually i could walk in and out with what i need with no help at all but i went in to exchange a battery because i had warranty on it and an older man "helped" me, he told me the warranty can no longer be used because it had expired. i knew it wasnt so i asked him to let me check the date that it expires. i was then mimicked and mocked and laughed at. until i got a look at the date and it was clearly not expired i pointed it out to him and he basically got mad and gave me a new battery and i went on my way. i then recently went back in a week ago for oil and a filter, i had no trouble getting the oil myself but when i asked for help for the filter i got a response " your dad doesnt know his own car?" i simply told him it was my truck and he gave me a look of stupidity and he also laughed at me for not knowing what filter, when i go to other autozones i am helped and not laughed at, they are very rude and i will not be returning here read more
