Made the process smooth and easy, they honored my coupon from Subaru America. They got my car in and out within 45mins for an oil change which was great. I will drive the extra 30mins to come here for service because their staff is great and I haven't have a bad experience in 12 years of coming here. Most Improved MVP for Auto Care…read more I've used this oil change and car maintenance service center for a number of years. In my most recent trip, they were very helpful, quick and efficient. I appreciate going in and coming out, fairly quickly. They examined my car and reported back everything that they recommended, I opted just for the oil change. There's always a coupon online, so be sure to look for one before your next trip. All cost have gone up, so every savings counts. They have a cell phone charging station and offer coffee and tea. It was a great experience and I'll definitely recommend this service center.

Why don't these folks use plastic or a paper shield to protect the seats and upholstery. Sure they are cheaper than taking to a dealership for service, but dealerships pay attention to minor details like this. In my last visit today, dirty upholstery and they did not vacuum or clean the windows even though the check out sheet said it was completed. I took my car back within minutes to have them do the windows and vacuum and they brought my car around and still had not cleaned the windows. Think I'll just go back to the dealership next time.

He was able to patch, balance, and mount the tire in 10 mins for a very reasonable price. They also do body work here and I asked for a quote on some minor rear panel damage. He offered a very competitive quote and explained the reasons for the cost. If I end up going through with the work I'll write an updated post with before and after pictures. Highly recommend for tire/basic automotive work so far.

The power windows stopped operating, so I took my car to Jim Coleman Toyota for new fuses…read more The techs claimed that all of the fuses had been replaced and a diagnostic test was necessary. In total, I paid more than $400 just to have my fuses replaced. What's worse: the next day the headlights were not working. This time I took my Toyota Corolla LE to a trusted mechanic. He showed me that two fuses needed for the headlights relay were missing. He also showed me that simply pressing a button above the window controls would unlock all windows and that I had not needed new fuses at all. This dealership should be cited for poor business practices.
