I have gone to this location multiple times. Every time I go, I leave with my upholstery stained and dirty. It's exhausting that I have to clean after every visit. Why don't these folks use plastic or a paper shield to protect the seats and upholstery. Sure they are cheaper than taking to a dealership for service, but dealerships pay attention to minor details like this. In my last visit today, dirty upholstery and they did not vacuum or clean the windows even though the check out sheet said it was completed. I took my car back within minutes to have them do the windows and vacuum and they brought my car around and still had not cleaned the windows. Think I'll just go back to the dealership next time. read more

I appreciate going in and coming out, fairly quickly. They examined my car and reported back everything that they recommended, I opted just for the oil change. There's always a coupon online, so be sure to look for one before your next trip. All cost have gone up, so every savings counts. They have a cell phone charging station and offer coffee and tea. I was the second customer of the day and was met by complete professional service from the technician who greeted me to the service member who helped pick the oil and complete the oil change. I've been coming to this location for a long time with no issues, they have always provided me great service. Today was a different story though; I pulled up and was greeted as they usually do, I indicated I wanted an oil change, the attendant motioned me to the waiting room. I walked around to the other side of my car and asked him to follow me bc I wanted to show him the loose undercarriage under my passenger side and see if they could fix it. He got really offended by my hand gestures apparently and proceeded to give me a lecture about how not to treat people. I got the message, immediately drove off, and won't be going back. read more

The technicians do there oil change/tire rotation magic in a jiffy. The waiting area is always clean with coffee and charging stations for your phone. The polite nature of the staff really stands out. They greet you with respect; hold doors, and walk you to your car with a smile. This is my second time having my Lexus serviced here. Avoid this place at all cost. I brought my car here, they told me my brakes needed to be replaced. They broke the caliber bracket and had to tow my car to a dealer that charged me 3 times the cost and they didn't paid for the bracket they broke. Later I found they left the left oil tank plug loose. They are extremely incompetent. read more

One other negative aspect of our recent visits to this Jiffy Lube was that after they rotated the tires our two different Honda vehicles both vehicles exhibited warning lights for tire air pressure. Recalibrating the TPS did not resolve the issue. My wife took her car back and they just told her that she needed to drive it around some more. read more

I've had my vehicles serviced here for 7 years now. Consistently good service and comfortable chairs in the waiting area. I show up a few minutes prior to opening, and can always expect to be done within 25 mins of my car being pulled into the bay. I was sorry to see that a few other reviewers had a negative experience. My experience today was the completely opposite. My service agent noted that my cabin air filter looked good (no upsell or guessing needed), and when he noticed that a recommended service was flagging red but had actually been performed recently, he made sure to check my records on all the other service recommendations. I left with a few notes on things I want to research and/or plan to get serviced next time. Excellent customer service is the reason I drive past Jiffy Lubes that are more convenient to where I live in order to have my vehicles serviced here. read more

This is a freakin 5 star jiffy lube. I rolled in with no wait and was immediately seen. You could tell this was a good place because while I was there the worker's friends and family members were coming to get work done. I got an oil change and my tires switched while I was there, and I didn't feel like they were trying to cheat me or hassle me in any way. They were honest and jumped to show me everything. They were also very knowledgeable and I felt like the pricing was fair. I will definitely be going back the next time my car needs anything! read more

They charged me $49.99 and recently my car started to fail so I took it to a mechanic which told me they had never changed my air filter. They charged my girlfriend $99.99 for an oil change. I reviewed the receipt, literally just for the oil alone. Tried to charge her $50 more for a filter. She drives an older modeled Toyota, and it usually costs her $10 to have a neighbor do it but he wasn't available. The price of oil and a filter in store doesn't exceed $30. Staff is polite. However, I got an oil change and coolant flush. A few days later, my car had smoke coming from the hood. After I popped it open to take a look, I realized the coolant had completely leaked out. I had my car towed to the same location ($245). I was told that my bypass hose was bad and it was no correlation to the coolant flush. $135 to repair and I had to get a rental car overnight. Two friends who are mechanics called BS and think they just tried to cover their tracks. I never had a issue with my coolant, but just a few days after getting a flush, I have an issue. They refused to cover the cost for my tow or the cost for the part. read more

TL/DR : Guy put his lunch in my filter when I told him no to a new filter, then they lied to me about it when I had them fix it. So Where to begin, I took my car in for an oil change. Went through the steps, wanted to get in and out, Came to that question they always ask, "do you want to change the filter?" I said, "no thanks" and the guy mumbled , " I was going to give you $10 off" to which I say, "I'm good" . Car gets finished up and I drive off. I turn on my heat to clear the windows later and I hear what I think is twigs and stuff falling from my filter into my fan and it starts shaking the whole dashboard. So I call and they say to bring it in, which I do and as they are checking what's wrong they start pulling out CALAMARI !! They then tried to tell me it was "rats" even if the guy didnt have a smile on his face like a little kid who knew he was lying , I wouldn't have believed him. I have had rats eat the wires in another car, never left whole calamari or any food that I found. They had to use the pressured air to unclog it and it knocked out the plastic bottom or whatever it was, and then told me it was like that when I got there. My partner saw so mad they couldn't speak and I just wanted things fixed and out of there. I will never go back and I will share this story to anyone who will listen. They did tie on the bottom of my car and didnt charge me for anything I will give them that but it was a problem they caused and they seemed upset I wanted THEM TO FIX WHAT THEY DID WRONG. I always have a good experience here, even though car maintenance isn't exactly my favorite pastime. The employees are friendly and efficient. It seems to be managed well too. This location is usually busy but it seems like they do everything to get people in/out as quickly as possible. They tell you what services are recommended but aren't pushy about it. The waiting area has comfortable chairs (recent upgrade), free coffee and water, and a mobile charging station. I have never had a problem with any service they've provided and I'll continue to come back. read more

I've taken my car here several times for an oil change & never been hassled to upgrade, etc. Last year a friend got a flat tire & we drove here in desperation for a quick fix. They repaired it & didn't charge a penny so of course my friend left them a nice tip. Today, I stopped in to have a license plate installed on my car & they happily accomodated my request. Went here once for a oil change, the service was great. They didn't pressure me into anything extra, but did tell me I needed a new serpentine belt. I saw it myself and it was definitely worn. Came back a few weeks later and waited an hour for them to tell me they didn't have the part and would have to order it. Came back a few days later, and they told me they had the belt and it would be a quick 30-45 minute wait. After an hour I asked for an update and did not receive one. After an hour and a half I was pissed, and the manager told me they had the wrong part, and had to go to another jiffy lube to get the right belt. An employee was sent to get it, and returned once again with the WRONG belt. So the manager sent him back to another jiffy lube, and this was what was taking so long. After almost 2 hours, and they didn't feel the need to let me know. I was pissed. The manager did give me a $100 voucher towards future services (written on a business card and signed by him, he assured me that it would be honored in the future). Not great but at least he gave me something. Fast forward a month or 2 later, I return to this exact location for an oil change and the employee who worked on my car gave me SO MUCH ATTITUDE, REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME AT CHECKOUT because I was adamant I'm using the credit that the MANAGER gave me. Said that manager was no longer there - I said what does that have to do with me? I was there and that doesn't change the fact that I had a negative experience. After going back and forth and I guess checking with the new manager he finally applied the $50 towards this oil change from the $100 voucher. As I was leaving I kept asking how the employees would know that I still had $50 worth of voucher to use at my next visit. This man straight up ignored me then pointed to the $0.00 on my receipt and said "show them this" next time. I made sure I had his name, as well as the original voucher. I will update this post with that rude employees name. I'm going BACK to that location soon for another oil change and I will update this post with details as to how I was treated.
