I later learned the services performed appear to have corresponded to an A76 service, not the A16 service my vehicle displayed and I specifically requested. At no point did anyone call me to explain that they were changing the recommended services or why a brake fluid service was being performed instead of a tire rotation. Even more frustrating, my receipt still reflected the A16 service I originally requested, making it difficult to realize there was a discrepancy until I reviewed the itemized work afterward. When I brought my concerns about the brake flush instead of the tire rotation to their attention, I was told the issue was my "confusion" and that I should have questioned the estimate sooner. Clear communication about what service is being performed-and why it differs from the service requested should be the responsibility of the repair facility, not something the customer is expected to discover after the fact. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop unless you are already certain exactly what your vehicle needs, understand the services being recommended, and are familiar with the typical labor times associated with the work. I expect a repair facility to provide that expertise and communicate it clearly to customers. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Separately

Even though it was near closing and the place was hopping, Rich examined the car, drove it around the block, put it on the lift, examined under carriage and then reattached the pebble screen that had partially broken off and was dragging on the road creating the terrible noise. The pricing felt extremely excessive and predatory, especially for someone stranded with a broken-down car. I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before authorizing repairs at this shop. Pak explained the issue thoroughly, and coincidentally they had another customer's car being repaired for the same problem. He showed me the busted gears in this other car and after my repair, which was done promptly, he showed me the faulty seal that caused my differential to sh-t the bed!!! I also had the tranny serviced, spark plugs changed, belt tensioner & belts replaced. Several of these services were suggested and quoted by the local Mazda Dealer several months prior at a much higher cost. I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed (as usual) and the great customer service I receive from Prestige for every repair. Thank you Pak for another job well done!

Long story short, we replaced our rentals tire here and went about our day. But we wanted to take the time to give a shout out to Daniel and Hayden who helped us out that day. From the minute we called them , they were friendly and polite. Upon arrival they were so friendly and helpful to us. It was so nice to get a sense of relief from them after such a long stressful day. They even played the Raider game for us after we told them we missed the game in Philly due to our situation.
