What a horrible experience! First off, per their website, "we'll test batteries, starters and…read morealternators to make sure any vehicle is starting and charging for even the longest trips. We can perform these test on or off your vehicle. This is a free service for all customers." When I showed up, I was told they don't test starters yet clearly on their website. I had to talk to manager who told me they would make a special exception even though I showed him THEIR OWN WEBSITE. Once we tried to test my battery, alternator, and starter, it took 3 techs to figure out how to use their own devices and seemed like they had very little understanding of how cars actually work. They immediately said it was a battery problem yet another tech chimed in and said it couldn't be that since everything else was turning on. Long story short, they weren't able to diagnose anything and just wasted 15+ minutes of my time. Regardless if this was a free service or not (which I guess depends who you talk to if they even do it) this was not worth it and do not recommend that anyone come here for a test or service. Extremely disappointed and will not be back for any reason.

I have two bonded leather club chairs that were somewhat destroyed by a bad kitty. Disastro. He ignored scratching posts liberally sprinkled with catnip, and just attacked the chairs. Sticky tape finally stopped him, but too late. Then I read that you can sand the chairs and use vinyl paint designed for car seats to fix the mess. While I don't expect a perfect restoration, I think they'll look better. O'Reilly's website claimed that the color I needed was in stock. It was not. However, a very nice man looked it up. Denver had seven cans, of a brand twice as expensive. However, the color chart wasn't available on their system, so I had to guess. I guessed Saddle Tan. Turns out that I needed Camel. The man ordered the Saddle Tan, and said no biggie if I didn't want it. I asked about price matching, and he said they don't match online pricing, like Amazon, but could possibly match a brick and mortar price. So that's nice. Almost $27 for spray paint seems a bit much, especially since the other brand of vinyl/fabric paint is $8-11. Four stars for being patient and helpful, and also for having cheaper winter windshield washer fluid than Circle K. $4.79 for a giant jug.

Unfortunate because I've been a loyal discount tire customer for years. Maybe this is just the worst one yet in terms of service. When I got here no one was behind me. By the time I got serviced a total 6 cars were behind me. Terrible service and needless to say the value is not here. Go to any other discount tire for your tires. Maybe even a different auto shop. Their worker passed us by and just went straight in. I understand he was busy and may be servicing another car, but he said someone will be right with you and then came out to one if not, two other vehicles in the meantime. It wasn't until a lady was rude to him and told him that there are a lot of cars out here waiting that he can help. He was really nice when he did come out, but I just feel like they almost tried to put everybody in line to a back burner which that caused a long line. Total time was 30-35 minutes and he really fixed my tires within two minutes, so. Just felt like they didn't prioritize those vehicles because they weren't revenue generating one in reality. My last two sets of tires I've bought from discount tire so if anything is the local customers that are getting hurt. If it's an understaffing issue then I feel like could do a better job of scheduling.
