One of your employees was clearly trying to sell me work I didn't need in order to get more money out of me. The only thing that was replaced today was the part that your shop damaged. Not only was the serpentine belt installed incorrectly, but the component the belt runs on was also broken because of your faulty work. That cost me an additional $150 for the part, plus labor to have it replaced correctly. There was absolutely no way I was going to let your shop touch my car again after the poor-quality work that was done the first time. Instead of taking responsibility, you're essentially calling me a liar. I had to pay someone else to fix the damage and correct your mistake. Thanks to your negligence, I was left with additional expenses and unnecessary stress. I would not recommend your business to anyone and hope other customers think twice before trusting your shop with their vehicles. What is most concerning is that after bringing this issue to your attention, the company has refused to properly correct the problem or issue a refund. I have incurred additional expenses to repair the damage caused by the improper installation. Due to the seriousness of this situation, I am exploring my legal options. No customer should have to worry about their safety after paying for professional repairs. I hope the company takes steps to ensure this does not happen to anyone else in the future. I also feel that my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was treated unfairly. I believe every customer deserves the same level of professionalism, respect, and attention regardless of their background.

Yet and still, Cody did not waiver in his pleasant personality and great assistance to me! I rented an electronic vehicle from Hertz and realized after I got home, that the key fob had a dead battery. Hertz had already closed for the entire weekend so I called their roadside assistance. She told me to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts and ask them to replace the battery & she immediately credited my invoice. I went to the nearest O'Reilly and was assisted by the manager, Cody Brower! Cody was SUPER helpful! To my disappointment, when he changed the battery, the fob still did not work. Cody did not give up. He worked with the fob; tried a few testers in the store; and pressed every button...but to no avail. There was a sign on the store door stating that they were unable to do parking lot assistance today, but Cody insisted on coming to the parking lot and test the car battery too! Well, the car battery was fully charged, so that was not the problem. Much to my amazement, Cory was DETERMINED to figure out the issue. Cory kept working with the key fob, and there I was trying not to cry, because I knew my only other option on the weekend, was to drive an hour to the Denver airport. Then Cory said, "Look at this!"
