When I got there they told me I'll have to open up the car to tell them which battery it required and didn't even have the tools to make me do the work. In 10 years shopping batteries and having the new batteries installed by personnel in this store they told me they were short of staff and I had to install the battery myself. I told them I had a bad back and ankles and had no tools that's why I always buy batteries at Autozone. The guy just gave me an adjustable wrench and I socket. I couldn't put the battery clamps to hold the battery in place so at least he helped me. Frustrated as we were with a dead battery, we walked out happy and satisfied. My ML500 wouldn't start and needed a new battery. They had what we needed in stock. Randelle was so very helpful!!
