It took over 30 minutes just to process ONE sensor because the employees kept saying they couldn't find anything in the system. On top of that, they didn't even have the second sensor I needed, so it ended up being a complete waste of time. To make things worse, they ended up processing the warranty incorrectly--and then had the nerve to give me attitude like it was somehow my fault they didn't know how to use their own system. The attitude from the staff was honestly the worst part. Rude, dismissive, and acting like they knew everything while clearly struggling with basic tasks. I watched them treat other customers the same way--short, irritated, and unhelpful. It also seems like there's little to no real support after 4 PM. If you actually need help, don't expect to get it here. Save yourself the headache and just go to another location, like the one on March and West. This place is not worth your time

I received unprofessional and impersonal customer service at this location. The associate, who I…read morewas told is also the manager, had a poor attitude, talked down to me, and didn't even call me about the car, he chose to call my husband. My husband's name is on file but I am the person who brought the car in and spoke with the associate, the car is in my name, and the associate took down my phone number. The associate and/or manager chose to completely avoid communication with me. He also made sure not to put his name on the recommendation forms I received. I feel I was treated with sexism from this associate. I called their customer service line to inform the company and I felt I was brushed off. I will not be going back to any Les Schawb nor recommending them to anyone. This issues seriously needs to be addressed. I was also rejected service as they stated one of my tires was too bald for service under the warranty. I understand the company has rules. I do not hold that against them. However, my husband who spoke with the associate over the phone, agreed that the associate was rude and pushing purchase of a new tire. My car was also left with both front windows completely down. This was unprofessional as anyone could have reached into my car. I don't understand why I was treated with not only poor customer service but treated as less than another human being.

I've been buying batteries of all sort from this company for a longtime. I have multiple off road…read moreatv's for the property use and enjoyment. I needed another battery for one of the quads. I had purchased the current one needing replacing in 2021. I went on line to there site and entered the model type of the battery. The page popped up with the price and limited stock, so I printed it up and gave them a call. I told the associate that I had seen it online and verified the price and asked if they had one in stock. After a moment he came back I said he had one. I told him I'd be down in about 30 min. to get it. After arriving the battery had been filled and tested for voltage and checked out. After he rung it up the price was $72.99 I showed him the print out and it had $57.99 He said that was for internet only. After returning home I pulled it up and at the top is a little banner that states that. So $80.48 for the battery and a drive to Stockton wasn't worth it. Loyalty to some businesses don't mean squat to some anymore. Needless to say it will be the last battery I buy from them so enjoy the xtra $15.00 you squeezed me for. Another 20+ years of me buying batteries for all our equipment will far exceed what you made today. Terrible customer service!
