GPS has fair pricing too and they don't try to sell you services you don't need right now. No pressure. I did not receive a phone call when my car was ready for pickup but Kevin later apologized for that. I appreciated that and apology accepted. They have a man working there now who was able to drive me back home while my car was serviced. Much appreciated! I like their rewards program. Saved me $20! Other shops don't have that! Amazing service! I have been a customer of GPS auto for many years now, and they've always treated me so incredibly well. The staff is polite, professional, and has rapid service. A truly trustworthy shop. Today, GPS Auto exceeded my expectations massively so. My 2002 Dodge Caravan had an ignition coil issue, which I had fixed by GPS over 4 years ago. The ignition coils had failed once again, and they let me know the parts were still under warranty, and repaired the vehicle under warranty. Beyond this, they did not charge me for any labor - zero charge. Amazing service, as the part failure was not their fault, yet they covered the bill anyhow. I will never go anywhere else! Hands down the BEST shop I have ever been to! First off, being a female, you are taken advantage of more often then not with mechanics because I truthfully don't know a dang thing about cars.. but they have NEVER made me feel dumb or dismissed me in any way! They answer the phone and truthfully try to help you over the phone before even coming in.. that's huge! They don't make you feel like an inconvenience at all. They try to make it as quick and easy as possible. They are very thorough and have found other problems with the car I didn't know we had and I'm glad we could be on top of before finding out on the road! Ian is fabulous and tries his best to get me as quickly as he can! He really knows his stuff and can truthfully diagnose the car quickly with the knowledge he has. He tells you what the car needs and tells you what it doesn't need! He will not do more then what is needed and is VERY reasonably priced! He backs his work and he does it right the first time! I learned my lesson going somewhere else in a hurry and let me tell you.. BIG mistake! Ian had to fix my problem for me in the long run and I wasted quite a bit of money not bringing it to him first. I had to get an oil change and a mile service (tune up) for my 2010 Toyota Camry. I called a few places and got mixed up and ended up coming here than the other place by my mistake. I am so glad I did. I was at first quoted at the other place thinking it was GPS $500 for a "tune up" , but Keith? I think that's his name at GPS took my call and worked in my car even though I didn't have an appt. He looked up what I needed for my miles on my car. Charged me under $200 for all the services needed and recommended my headlights needed a defogger but did not do the service until my consent. I love that they waited to see if I wanted the service and didn't do it and just charge me. Very honest and quality value prices. Smelled nice too In the waiting area. Nice couches and mini coffee bar with free drinks while you wait. read more

My review is from a few years ago but noted the poor quality work this week.I brought in a 55 olds and asked them to change steering parts and suspension parts. This car has less than 100 miles put on it since being at this shop. While doing a disc brake conversion this week, I observed the upper and lower suspension bushings not even contacting the surface its suppose to thereby allowing water and dirt to enter. The sway bar bushings don't even touch the sway bar. You would expect a 5 star shop to diagnose and tell you what else the old car needs! King pins look alright. After finding this I was very disappointed. We spent alot of money and waited many weeks for poor work. read more

I brought my f350 7.3 power stroke in to have diagnosed. It was having a misfire and a clicking sound. They said I would need a new engine which wpuld cost well over 10k . Thank God i know my stuff about diesels, and went and diagnosed the problem myself. The problem was a cam shaft position censor. A $50 fix. i'm not going to knock them and say they dont know anything, BUT when it comes to diesels I dont think it's their strong point. Pretty lazy inspection if you ask me. FYI i'm currently towing loads every day with my ford and she's running well. I dont recommend if you have a diesel. read more

I recently paid a visit to this shop because my AC would never stay cool enough. I thought it was time to get it checked out and not just add freon myself. I was able to make an appointment to get in pretty fast. Once I arrived in the morning, they started working on my car in their garage after a short time. I was reminded while there that I was overdue for my oil change as well. I appreciated the reminder. Kevin and Ian assisted me while there and I have always been greeted and spoken to by them with courtesy and professionalism. Make sure you get a written estimate of what they are going to do and what they are going to replace and why BEFORE you authorize repairs. We were on our way to see our son in Oregon and our GMC truck started to have issues. We found a place to stay for the night ( Flag City RV Park) another five star place. This was Tuesday late afternoon. We began to call around to see if someone could take a look at it. We got a hold of a few places and they were a week out. Wednesday morning we continued our search and got the same response. My husband called GPS Auto and spoke to Ian. Ian was in the same boat, short 2 mechanics and booked. My husband told him we were on the way to see our son who is a wild land fire fighter in Oregon and would miss our window for his days off if we waited a week. He told him to bring it down. Really great service. I had a problem with a water pump. Took it to a shop that I had trusted and they said it was going to be almost $400, I was in shock! I called around and not many shops will let you bring in your own parts, my water pump was 6 days from exhausting the warranty. Called up Mike at GPS and he gave me a great price and time quote. These guys are real pros. I really thought that I was getting some good work from the previous mechanic I had used, I was wrong. Highly recommended. These guys are very accommodating. I brought my Toyota Tacoma 4 wheel drive in to get a new driveshaft bearing and ujoints installed. I can do the work myself, however am very busy and felt it would be better to leave it to the experts. They fixed an extra leaking transfer case seal as well. Additionally since we're in a pandemic, they are very cautious and wipe down your steering wheel and door handles before you jump back in your vehicle once it's finished.
