One would think that being a female, an auto parts store would not excite me in the least. I find these stores very useful, convenient and necessary. I love looking around at all the different products these stores offer. I have used auto parts stores for many years. The employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Please support your local auto parts store. Oh, by the way, one of the things they offer (for free) is installing a new car battery! They also do battery testing, read the codes on your check engine light for basic issues, check your alternator and starter, install new wiper blades and they have a Loan-A-Tool program. I bought an oil filter for my car here 2 weeks ago, the young man at the register was very nice but it turned out he gave me the wrong filter. I didn't realize this until i got around to changing my 2 weeks later. I brought the filter back, there were 2 employees behind the counter, one was helping another customer, the second was a different young man who was looking at his phone and did not acknowledge me. The first employee noticed me and had to ask the young man to help me. The young man wore a name tag, "customer satisfaction specialist", which will become very ironic later. I explained to him that I needed to exchange the filter, as they gave me the wrong one last time. No apology. I did not have my receipt, but the filter was in its original box, with the shrink wrap still on the filter, and I had the cc I used to purchase it. He proceeded to tell me he could not find the sale and asked (3 times) if I was sure this was the right store. Then he asked to see my license and scanned it, he said a "no return" flag popped up and asked if I buy and return a lot of auto parts. I told him it was the first time ever, and reminded him I have the cc used (at this location) and that I would not be here, had I not been given the wrong part last time. I had to explain the story to him 3 different times and got the sense he was not listening. He still could not find the sale, but told me the correct part was $2 (yes 2 dollars) more. I asked if my inconvenience at having to come back, due to an error by the store, counted for anything. He just said nope...and then just kinda stood there like he's waiting for me to go away. Finally, he asked the other employee for help, his recap of the situation was that it looks like this was not bought here and the correct part costs more. I had to tell the 2nd employee what actually happened, for the 4th time now. The other employee went to find the right part while Mr. Customer Satisfaction kept looking at his phone. At that point I was visibly frustrated, not what i wanted to be doing on a Sunday AND Father's day. The other employee returned with the correct part and Mr. Customer Service decides to use his words again and say that I owe $2 more. The other employee hands me the part and says, "sorry, we will work this out internally". Mr. Customer Satisfaction goes back to his phone, no apology, no acknowledgement that he has no idea what he's doing and that he's basically getting paid to look at his phone. I live near this store and have always had a decent experience there but after this I will never return. read more

I stopped in here because I needed those markers you use to write on car windows. It's super close to my house and the internets said this location had them in stock. I was the only customer. Two employees were working, I was greeted by one but neither asked if they could assist me and they loudly had a conversation so I can see where other reviewers had issues. They weren't rude to me but they weren't exactly helpful either so that's why I'm giving it a middle of the ground rating. I got here to check my battery and buy one if that was needed, the Manager "Jimmy" greet me at the register I ask him if it was possible to check my battery car but he was so busy talking with other coworker that point to another worker that was checking another battery at the moment, I ask him for the price of the batt just in case and he gave me attitude don't know why I was just waiting for the other employee to finish, I waited for at least 10 min when he decide to check my battery , he just pointed at my car and said open the car, no please, no nothing, I open my car he check the battery and his response was , "it's bad " no more and he turn his back and went back to the store . If this is the manager that have a pin ssayin customer satisfaction, I think autozone need to address the attitude of this individual . read more

I bought a car wash brush with a hose attachment at a different location yesterday. It was never used with stickers still on it because when I got home I realized the water valve was broken. I walked in to do and even swap with another brush at this location and ask the guy if I could swap it out for one exactly the same. He rolls his eyes and simply says no, not another word. When I ask why, very rudely he he replys "without a receipt I can't do anything". With in O'reillys auto parts and their amazing customer service located directly across the street I don't see why anyone would shop here. read more

Came to Auto Zone to pick up something and the staff was knowledgeable and new right away what I was looking for and got it for me and got me in the door and out with a smile in my face. I was not sure if this particular Auto Zone was going to be any good sense this was my first time coming here but everything went smoothly and I am one happy camper. Today around 1 pm. I dropped off my car battery. They told me they will call me once it's finished charging. I came back at 6pm, they said they would call me and I never received a call from them. I went inside to pick up my battery and they told me it was dead and I needed a new battery, I didn't have time, so I asked them to give me back my battery. Once I came home I asked my boyfriend to check if the battery was truly dead, to our finding the battery was not dead and the car battery worked. I did not appreciate that they lied to us telling us the battery was dead when it wasn't. Would not recommend coming here. read more
