    Another awesome experience- my 5th time! I have a 21 Kia Soul that I get serviced here. Sonnia was super helpful getting my oil change completed in a timely manner. Alijah was really friendly in the service center while we waited. She refilled the snack and drink station, made sure the TV was playing, and chatting up customers while they wait. 10/10 recommend!

    The advertised price while the dealer tried to charge way more. The mileage is also way off.

    I had the absolute worst and most unprofessional experience with Greenway Kia North. It was a bait and switch scam! My son wanted a new Kia. He has been driving a Kia for 10 years. He did research and decided on a particular car, a "Manager's Special" 2025 model to save some money. On the internet, it was advertised for a specific price. He was also told he would receive credit for a recent repair at this dealership. Wrong! The car was advertised as new with 12 miles! But it actually has over 800 miles! The car was advertised for around $24,600. But they kept doing fuzzy math showing around $29,500! They had an online estimate trade in value of his current car as $4,000+. But while at the dealership, they offered him $2,500. On top of that, they tagged on additional fees and options that he does not need or want. I can go on but the bottom line was multiple managers were lying to us and got angry and rude when they were called out. The salesperson was OK but he had to follow the dealership scams. My son was very honest and upfront with what he could afford. But they still tried over and over to get him to pay double his monthly budget. I have been in top level sales and marketing management for many decades. I can spot this kind of scams from miles away. I usually do not write negative reviews but others need to know about the bait and switch tactics and unprofessionalism of this dealership. Don't advertise a lower price and low mileage when the reality was completely different. My son was ready, willing and able to walk out with a "new" car if they kept their promises and offers. But he walked out not never wanting to come back to this dealership ever again. Stay away from them and only buy from dealerships which offer no haggle policies.

    BUYER BE WEAR! BAIT AND SWITCH !!!!arrived for a 10 a.m. drive test and much to my surprise I was informed Vehicule was not available anymore. I decided to walk away and the floor manager (Ricardo) came out to the parking lot and asked for the chance of making it right and he said HE WOULD HONOR THE PRICE on a 2025 because the 2024 was not available. 3 hours later the sales man came out with the numbers and I reminded him that his floor manager agreed to honor the Price of the 2024 and to my surprise they decided to take the offer off the table stating the 2025 was a more expensive Trim. FYI,2024 TRIM LX / 2025 TRIM LX BOTH HAD THE EXACT SAME EXTRAS. SEE WINDOW STICKER ATTACHED. So I walked Out !

    Communication was shoddy, my vehicle was kept for three weeks without a response or any indication that work was being done. I brought my car in to be assessed months ago (because I received a mailed advertisement that they would offer me money for a trade in. Total scam), and when I left the dealership my car started messing up and the horrible part about it is I had to bring it back to this location to diagnose it. Prior to getting it assessed for trade in, the car ran perfectly. I'll never come back here. And now I have to either pay $11k to fix my car, or buy a new one. The whole process after getting my car looked over was so uncomfortable. The salesman would not take no for an answer and was basically trying to force me into giving him money that day. Even at one point trying to convince me to give him $500 to take a car overnight. Run far away from this place.

I love looking around at all the different products these stores offer. I have used auto parts stores for many years. The employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Please support your local auto parts store. Oh, by the way, one of the things they offer (for free) is installing a new car battery! They also do battery testing, read the codes on your check engine light for basic issues, check your alternator and starter, install new wiper blades and they have a Loan-A-Tool program. It's beginner-friendly and has a wide selection of automotive parts and guides to help first-timers. WOW!

    I bought an oil filter for my car here 2 weeks ago, the young man at the register was very nice but…read moreit turned out he gave me the wrong filter. I didn't realize this until i got around to changing my 2 weeks later. I brought the filter back, there were 2 employees behind the counter, one was helping another customer, the second was a different young man who was looking at his phone and did not acknowledge me. The first employee noticed me and had to ask the young man to help me. The young man wore a name tag, "customer satisfaction specialist", which will become very ironic later. I explained to him that I needed to exchange the filter, as they gave me the wrong one last time. No apology. I did not have my receipt, but the filter was in its original box, with the shrink wrap still on the filter, and I had the cc I used to purchase it. He proceeded to tell me he could not find the sale and asked (3 times) if I was sure this was the right store. Then he asked to see my license and scanned it, he said a "no return" flag popped up and asked if I buy and return a lot of auto parts. I told him it was the first time ever, and reminded him I have the cc used (at this location) and that I would not be here, had I not been given the wrong part last time. I had to explain the story to him 3 different times and got the sense he was not listening. He still could not find the sale, but told me the correct part was $2 (yes 2 dollars) more. I asked if my inconvenience at having to come back, due to an error by the store, counted for anything. He just said nope...and then just kinda stood there like he's waiting for me to go away. Finally, he asked the other employee for help, his recap of the situation was that it looks like this was not bought here and the correct part costs more. I had to tell the 2nd employee what actually happened, for the 4th time now. The other employee went to find the right part while Mr. Customer Satisfaction kept looking at his phone. At that point I was visibly frustrated, not what i wanted to be doing on a Sunday AND Father's day. The other employee returned with the correct part and Mr. Customer Service decides to use his words again and say that I owe $2 more. The other employee hands me the part and says, "sorry, we will work this out internally". Mr. Customer Satisfaction goes back to his phone, no apology, no acknowledgement that he has no idea what he's doing and that he's basically getting paid to look at his phone. I live near this store and have always had a decent experience there but after this I will never return.

    William and his guys are very knowledgeable, friendly and will take the extra time to explain…read morerepair issues and your alternatives. The car is ready when promised and the prices are very reasonable. Also, since I have moved away from the Orlando area, I have consulted with William about a peculiar problem with my S Type and he was helpful in assessing it, even when he had no economic interest in doing so.     I had to get my car towed there ( which I believe immediately gives any service shop the upper hand…read morebecause you're stuck). My 2002 SType Jag automatic, would not go out of park. They kept my car for two days and during that time, I called several times and left messages, none were answered or returned. They replaced the plastic shifter block that's under the shifter assembly with a metal one and charged me $569.00 . I asked for a discount for cash and William did give me 10% off , hence the two stars.. Two weeks later, my car got stuck in park again and thankfully I was able to shift it into drive but the car wouldn't go . I moved it over to 4th ( overdrive) and that's how I've been able to drive it thus far. I returned to All Jaguar to be unwelcomed by William the owner. Almost as though " oh great, what do you want" attitude. I informed them of my problem and they acted as though I can continue to drive this way? Really? I paid $$$ to fix this problem and it's not fixed. They casually advised me it could be several other things. Well, I have chalked this experience up to being severely ripped off, bad customer service and the problem still didn't get fixed. I will now have to pay again to have someone fix it correctly and honestly.
