When arriving late Saturday afternoon there were plenty of team members available for arriving customers. I arrived about 30 mins early, so they had me wait closer to my appointment time to get checked in. A team member checked us in about 10 mins early and assisted me right away. Christian explained the process and had me sign some agreements. Check in was quick and it only took about an hour for the service, so we grabbed some dinner nearby. After the battery replacement my phone is staying charged and hopefully I can get another few years use of my phone before upgrading. I would highly recommend the Apple Store for device service of any kind over Best Buy. A week prior I made an appointment with Best Buy and found they have limited supply of parts.
