Best AutoZone nearby. One manager named Pablo R. was super helpful even with his useless workers that he had to tell to serve people when there was a line and they were in the back chatting it up. One of his workers said that this was the autozone off of main that's why they didn't have my online order? I'm a 25 year Norco Resident. from my time I have frequented AutoZone for miscellaneous things and I've always got what I've needed or wanted. I never had a problem.. fast-forward Sunday July 27 at 7 PM. I was having a problem with my truck with the system lights coming on and I just had My Truck serviced at Toyota a few days ago. So now I'm thinking I have to go all the way back again? I don't have an appointment, and I'm thinking this will cost me some money when I have visit a Toyota dealership service department. Anyways, I came into the store, high anxiety, stressed out, worried about all this. I begin to speaking to a young man named, Peter. he greeted me and offered to assist me with his troubleshooting device. I know I was rambling on, and he had to listen to me , but for a Sunday evening at 7 PM this young guy had a good attitude and was very kind and helpful. So , in conclusion, 1. he helped me solve my problem and 2. He also probably saved me a whole day at Toyota, and 3. He probably saved some money to go with that visit? Win win wiin. This did cost me a dime. I appreciate this young man's work ethic for a Sunday evening when most young men his age are probably out at party and having fun. Thanks Auotzone for employing this guy. This store is clean, well stocked and reasonable prices; however there's a sign on the door that says they pride themselves on customer satisfaction. well as we walked in not one employee greeted us, we weren't asked if we needed help, there were 4 women working and neither one of them asked. We were looking at an item that was behind the counter, one employee walked in front of us and put her head down as she crossed in front of the item we were looking at, SERIOUSLY. we ended up walking partly back to get it, once we were ready to pay I had to tell them we were ready as they were caring on a conversation. Came in to get my battery/alternator tested. Was 1st in line and then told to wait for them to ring the person behind me up before they can help me... Normally it wouldn't bug me but I ran there on my lunch break so I was limited on time. The manager guy was nice, tested my battery and told me that the readings shows that my alternator was failing. Ok.. so I purchased a battery (elsewhere) and took it to my mechanic to replace as well as my alternator. Only to be told by my mechanic I didn't even need a new alternator... Thankfully I have an honest mechanic that didn't rip me off and charge me to change something I didn't need. The wrong diagnosis was what gave them just 2 stars as well as his comment when he was running the test and it said he should do some other test and his response was "I dont have time for that"... read more

I work for the airlines as a flight attendant and I knew about the wave of covid coming to the U.S my job was put on hold at the airlines. and being that I have underlying health issues one is a lung mass, and I am my mothers care taker for years now she lives in palm springs hr and half away and I have a medical background from med school. I went to lowes at the begining of the pandemic and bought n95 masks in the paint dept and also ace hard ware the blue dust masks. SO HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED THE FIRST PART OF THE PANDEMIC I walked in the store to buy breaks pads and silver spray paint for my car. I was walking in with a mask on ( not everyone was wearing masks yet a few people here and there) So I walked and asked for a paint person and, a smart ass sh@tty young guy asked me laughing and very loud ARE YOU SICK WHY YOU WEARING A MASK, HOW STUPID!!!! I said sure, than I said no im not sick, omg I felt so attacked I was hoping to get in and out looking silly with a mask, and Im a shy person.( My heart was racing I didnt want to say hay I have a lung mass that Santa Monica Dr Mckenna Jr is seeing me with ct scan and following instead of a biopsy, his patients wear mask year round without covid. and my mom is sick with congestive heart disease and I help her and cant get sick on and on ect forever ) I was so embarrassed and he was soo loud maybe 1 or 2 other people were in the store, a person was walking me back to unlock the spray paint already. I told that person that I might look stupid like that guy at register said that hes soo loud but Im not sick just being careful to not get sick. Than total shock a heavyset Hispanic manager female. yelled at me said get out of my store, My face was bright red ,I said I am not sick at all I havent even been out of my house for over a month, been around no one. they guy helping me with paints said cant she just make a purchase for break pads, she yelled no get out !!!!!!! or Il call the cops, I was in shock she said, she has the right to kick me out of the store.. I started crying and walked out and I called Norco cops for discrimination and the were talking to me outside said I should call corporate and post it on the internet that it was awful (I was crying) Iv never been treated so badly, but nothing they can do. they didnt have masks on just bandanas, was the worst day ever, I spoke to corporate, he said hed talk to the store , this is by far over due to write this , every time I need something I dont go there I drive by it often, PLEASE FIRE THAT MEAN LARGE FEMALE AND THE IDIOT YOUNG GUY, OMG.. was realllllly bad very tramatizing experiance, Please get rid of that female heavy set manager, she doesnt do well for the Norco store. read more

I called, and a friendly, courteous and welcoming young man answered the phone when I called. He immediately offered to personally help me when I arrived. This place is garbage, and has been garbage for years, gave them another shot today after I stopped coming here a year/two ago and of course got screwed again. Ordered parts yesterday, they guaranteed me it would be here this morning by 930a. Not not only do they not have parts delivered on Sunday until the late evening, they actually don't even have what I "ordered" yesterday, leaving me absolutely screwed for the truck I have apart and in bed that needs to be together today. I could have just gone far away to somewhere else yesterday or even the dealership, but not just flat screwed. I had 4+ issues like this over the last few years here, which is why I stopped coming, of course their garbage, no knowledge staff that flat out don't know what their doing and even worse, act like they do, will put you through hell over the most simple of tasks. I took the old belt in but the employee did not check to make sure that the old and new parts match , after wasting an hour of my life trying to get the Wrong belt to fit I realized it was the wrong part and returned to the store. He said that he grabbed the part from the right location but it was the wrong part.
