My mom and i went this passed friday(7/8) and her account was charged 270$ twice and then 300$ another 3 times over the weekend. Thank fully she was able to get it all back. Worst Ever! I have been going here for years and just went in to buy some antifreeze that was on sale. I was telling the cashier what a good price it was and he said oh yeah. Purchased the product and he asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said no don't really need it and thanked him for the good deal. Checked my bank account when I got home and I was charged full price. Called and talked to the manager and he tells me I have to do a mail - in rebate to get that price and I needed my receipt. Why didn't the associate tell me this and if he knew I needed a receipt to get the money back. Who even does mail-In rebates anymore. The store overall is pretty clean and upon entering I'm always greeted by the same employee. He's always willing to help and I've even caught him handling more than two customers at a time I always mention how they should make him manager since he's the only employee who actually seems to give a shit. I'm giving 1 star today because of the management, the times I've gone in I've seen the GM sitting in the back on his phone and on several occasions i saw him yelling at the same employee who's doing his job perfectly. The times the GM has helped me he's given me a bad attitude and pretty much went against what O'reilly's is about-didn't offer help with my car and made it seem like his job was difficult. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL unless you go on the days that one employee with the beard is there :) read more

Came in tonight to pick up some new wiper blades like hundreds of others today. I was greeted with a sincere "can I help you" from Frank (shirt said Fran so assuming it's Frank) this guy went well above for everyone in the store. The new computer thing that's in the isles for people to look up what wiper blades they need was not working, Frank looked up what blades I needed and since they were not the typical J- hook style that 90% of cars use, Frank went out in the rain to show me how to install them. He also helped other customers install theirs as well. This guy was soaking wet and happy as can be. So very refreshing to see a happy person and face in a customer service position. Unfortunately I own an older vehicle and therefore it almost always is in need of some maintenance. This place is really helpful. Always has a staff of at least 3 people at the store every single time I've come in. The staff is also bilingual and can speak Spanish. Every single time I've come in this place it's always busy. They are very knowledgeable of car parts and are able to recommend which parts are best. If they don't have the part for you at the store they go ahead and make some calls and find if for you. They also have a warehouse not too far where they can easily get parts shipped to them. Overall, I really do enjoy getting my car parts here. read more

Humberto was the most helpful employee! He greeted us when we first walked in, let us borrow a wrench to try to change our car battery. Then, we came in needing to get a new battery and Humberto said he would take care of us. My fiancé didn't remember what phone number he purchased his warranty through but Humberto was extremely patient and super helpful! I called several locations to make sure the light bulb I needed was in stock so I wouldn't waste my gas, time and money. Guy who answered at 8pm told me they had it in stock. I asked if they would install it and he said if it wasn't to complicated they would. I asked what time they opened so I can go get this done and he said 7:30 am. I said ok, I'll be there at that time to get this done. I'm extremely upset because I get there at 7:40 am and the guy has it but tells me he can't install it and that I would have to come back later. I was paying 2x more for the convenience of them installing the light Vs Walmart, driving out of my way to this location Vs one by my house who also had it and 5 min away cuz I was going to be in the area too and decided that if they at least take a little longer it would be ok and I wouldn't be late to where I needed to be. If I went to the one by my house if they took long I may be on a tight time line. At this point I'll be going to Walmart and pay half the price and my bf can install it. I've been a loyal, happy customer for many years but my most recent experience has made me very disappointed. I went and purchased a new throttle body based on what was in the system for my car. After taking the old one out and comparing it to the new one, I noticed they looked quite different from each other so I went back to O'Reilly and asked an employee if the one they sold me would still work despite the differences from the one I had just pulled from my car. I was assured the part was compatible despite the cosmetic differences so I went home and installed it only to find out that it didn't fit properly and the car had no power when I tried to drive with it. After uninstalling the new one and reinstalling the old one I returned to O'Reilly to get the part changed for the correct one only to find out that because it was installed ( it was in my car for less then 5 minutes before we realized the incompatibility and took it out) they can't offer a refund or exchange for the correct part. Now I wouldn't be upset if this was my error and I bought the wrong one but I even returned after purchasing to ensure it would fit when I realized the differences and was told over and over that it would work. Super disappointed in this experience and the poor customer service and will not be returning. read more

I have generally had a good experience at this location and the staff, although sometimes unavailable and rude, are usually helpful; however, I had an experience that I felt had to be shared. I bought an oil pan from this location and upon using it i discovered that it leaked from two locations. When i tried to return it, I was told that because I have already used the oil pan I cannot return it. Its shocking that O'reilly feels its okay to sell defective products and then not accept them back under the pretense that it is used. read more

Was also told the part was coming from Phoenix and would likely take a few days. So I called back on Thursday and a VERY RUDE person informed me that the part came in, but I didn't pick it up so they sent it back. I shoud have known better than to trust this place. years ago when it was still a Kragen I went to buy a mirror. The price on the part was around $25. I came in yesterday to return a starter that apparently had a lifetime warranty their idea of a lifetime warranty is complaining when you bring it in telling you that there must be something else wrong with your vehicle and lying about running a test on it I took my starter to Autozone first that's where I thought I bought it they ran a test and it was dead when they looked up my phone number I realize I did not buy the starter there so I tried O'Reilly sure enough I bought it there they gave me up attitude about getting a new one the girl that was working there was so rude it made me sick to my stomach she really thinks its okay to speak to customers disrespectfully and even talk down to them I will never ever ever ever ever by anything from this auto parts from this store read more

Went to this location because I thought I needed my battery replaced. Fortunately, I didn't need a battery that day but I was able to get some really cheap jumper cables for both of my cars. I went in there a couple of weeks back. It was near closing time and I had to complete an emergency plumbing repair that required 2 items from the auto parts store. I need a 1" hose clamp and small piece of hose to complete the repairs. Jose was working the counter and was very helpful once I explained what I needed. He even hooked me up with a very small piece of heater hose at no charge. Needless to say the repair worked and I avoided an emergency surcharge to have a plumber come out.
