own Dave's Sports Cards right across the street from Kevin. I brought in my AMG, it's brand new, for a tire replacement. I got a screw in my tire. Yesterday they fixed it. As I was cleaning my wheel today I noticed they put a huge chip in my brand new wheel. I went there today and spoke with Kevin directly to try and resolve the situation. He denied any wrong doing, and furthermore has denied access to speak to the manager of Express. Here is the pic of the chip. I ADVISE IF YOU HAVE A HIGH END CAR DO NOT TAKE IT TO EXPRESS THEY WILL POSSIBLY DAMAGE YOUR WHEEL! As a business owner, who is literally across the street. It blows my mind that I have to leave a one star review. And now escalate this to the corporate office. All you guys had to do was take ownership of the issue and make it right. There was one thing these folks did that really impressed me. Before I tell you that one thing, I must first say they were thorough. They checked everything, and they listened to me when I said, "Oh, I take care of that at home, you don't need to concern yourself with it." And they were quick. They were so quick, I barely had time to check in, and as a result did NOT get to take advantage of the yelp discount that was waiting for me via the app. Alas. But the thing they did which impressed me? This was something I've never seen a "rapid lube" place do. Not even at a dealership. It was the safety check. All lights including backup lights. Express Oil Change Mansell fixed an oil leak on my car. I was told it should fix the problem. But Problem #1 no one checked to see if I still had oil. If I had not personally checked it 2 days later & found it almost empty I probably would have caused major damage to my car. Problem #2 I still had an oil leak from a different area. I was not offered a reduction in charges since I had paid for the last leak that should be part of the overall leak repair. Instead I was told to sell my car. The new manager blew me away today! Last week, he went above and beyond during my simple oil change to check all of my systems in my car. He tested my battery and gave me an honest quote for both my battery and tires. I called about 5 other shops and no one could do better much less even match him. Then, he was able to get the tires in on the same day I requested them. He even stayed late to help change them. I couldn't have asked for better service. 10/10 would recommend. I've been coming to this Express for at least a year now because they are so close to my home. The service here is quick, reliable, and they are so nice. I was in yesterday morning and Darius was very professional, and even checked my dashboard to make sure my computer had updated itself to know that I had full oil. Even one of the other techs that usually gets my car, stopped and said hello! Darius gave me a few quotes to keep my car up to date and running well and it didn't feel like a scam. Super helpful! After waiting 2 hours the serviceman informed me the tire wasn't in stock. But the company approved 3 other services they haven't started on yet. I went to the dealership to get an oil leak looked at and they told me the oil was leaking from the oil filter. They told me to whoever changed my oil before must have over-tightened the filter housing and cracked it. They wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to look into it and fix the problem. I went to see Johnny at Express Oil Change and he inspected and tested my vehicle for over two days. He was very responsive and notified me that it was actually coming from the valve cover for the timing chain. This was extremely helpful because I recently went to the dealership and they had to replace my timing belt chain. Because they did not seal it completely, it was leaking from the valve cover. Express Oil Change could have easily told me otherwise, but they were very honest and helpful. I will continue to bring my business to Johnny and Express Oil Change. read more

I also had the experience of overpriced oil change. I paid $72.70 for synthetic and that was with a $5 off coupon. Even the Honda dealership is quoting me less than $40. I brought my car here recommended by my boss. Coolant sensor needed to be replaced. Paid $240+ to have sensor replaced.Two weeks later, still had the same issue. Was told to replace another sensor for another $240+ Didn't feel confident that they could resolve the issue. Took my car to Friends Auto, replaced the same sensor and wiring issue for under $150. This place may be good for oil change and nothing more. I wish I could get my money back! Pissed! read more

Love these guys. They have a new owner, Derek, and he's great. I have been coming here for years and the team is always friendly and they do a great job of explaining everything that's done to my car. Never had any problems afterwards, all the work is done well from brakes to oil changes and other work. I have a 2005 Accord. I don't know why others say they felt overcharged. I have always thought their prices were very fair compared to similar places nearby. Misc: Waiting room is always clean, with a TV and lots of magazines. Work area always looks organized and safe. They're also the ONLY place (including the Honda dealer) that has been able to get my windshield wipers on properly so they don't chatter! read more

My car was serviced by new manager Chris and another employee, both of whom were extremely friendly, professional, informative and efficient. They educated me on certain issues with my car, didn't push unnecessary products and encouraged me to drop by once a month between oil changes to have my oil topped off and tires checked for free. There really are good people out there and Ray is one of them. I went in to have a car checked for emissions. Sounds easy, right? But the car was given to me for my twins who just turned 16 and had been sitting for at least a year outside since my grandfather passed away.This car needs some work, I'm a single parent and this car is a godsend for my girls. But having to replace the battery, it needed to complete a drive cycle and I was supposed to take them to get their DL the next morning. Oh, and it had enough standing water in it to support a small koi pond and as I pulled into the shop, the rear taillight went out. Ray became my angel. He gave me the advice I needed to get the car to pass the inspection and he replaced the taillight for me. Ray went above and beyond what was required to help me and he did it at the end of the day when he could have sent me on my way. Ray helped me because he could, not because he had to. They NEVER talk down to me just because I'm a woman and they have very reasonable prices. I went to a mechanic recommended by a friend and the guy tried to tell me I needed $600+ in car repairs. I went to Express and Tony checked my car out. Come to find out, it was the spark plugs and not the long list of things the other guy tried to sell me!
