I found out that I could order the three parts I needed through the NAPA website, pick them up the next day, AND get a 20% discount for ordering at least 3 parts on one order. Great deal! Ordering was easy, although I was confused because I was quoted one price online, then saw slightly higher prices in my notification email after placing my order (due to "estimated" state sales tax), and saw an even higher price (like $20+ mor) ewhen I got a "pending" charge notification from AmEx. Before making phone calls to try to correct these discrepancies, I decided to see how it played out. The next morning, I received an email notification to pick up my parts from NAPA Auto Parts in Sandy Springs. When I went to pick up my order, the helpful woman at the store asked for my photo ID and asked for my order number. She looked in the system for the location, quickly went to get my order and gave it to me, along with the receipt. I looked at the total on the receipt, and it was the correct price that I was expecting. Just to verify, I asked the employee if this was the actual price that I was going to be charged, and she told me yes. Fantastic! In the short 3 minutes that I was physically in the store, the three employees that I saw made sure that the customers in the store were being helped. The store looked very clean and organized. One customer (not me!) who had bought windshield wipers and was struggling to replace them on his car in the parking lot asked one of the employees to help him, and the employee cheerfully went outside to assist. Parking is free and plentiful. Before leaving for home, I opened the boxes just to make sure that they were the parts I needed. Air filter ... check! Cabin air filter ... check! Light bulb ... check! I replaced the old parts with the new parts when I got home, and it didn't take me long at all. What cost me $40 at NAPA would've cost me a little over $112, as quoted from a car repair place that changed my oil earlier during the week. Thank you, NAPA, for having a simple process for ordering parts that I could replace myself. Now, if you can just improve on the varying and confusing pricing of orders, it would be great! In the end, though, I was correctly charged for the parts, and incorrect pending charges were replaced with the right ones.

On December 16, 2025 Carl, the manager and owner, or so I thought, called me and said my car was involved in an accident on his property while under his care. He said the brakes had failed after being repaired and the tech backed the car into another. He kept apologizing and assured me the car would be repaired to the same mint condition as I brought it in. He even gave me his personal cell number so I could be kept updated on the repair progress. The car was brought to Sun Valley Collision , where Carl said he gets all his personal work done. Six weeks later the car was declared a total loss. At that point Carl basically ghosted me. When it first declared a total loss, I went to the shop and he told to me deal with the insurance company. After two months of fighting with the insurance company I was forced to accept a lower offer than my car was worth ( the insurance company informed that they would stop paying for my rental and storage fees on February 1,2026). I purchased a used vehicle for more than I received from the insurance company. All I want is for Roswell Auto to make up the difference and make me whole. To this point, crickets. Carl doesn't answer his phone and ignores my text. My wife even went to talk to him and he basically said it's up to the owner. The owner happens to be his Dad. I could never and would never recommend this place for any kind of repair because of their terrible customer service and obviously poor mechanical skills. I just read Phil Hughes response to my first review. Phil, shame on you. You know that is not what happened. I was the one who called the Roswell Police to make sure a report was filled out on the destruction of my car that happened at your facility. I never threatened anyone or any employee. I admit I was very angry but I never threatened anyone. I said I could severely damage your business with an honest review of what happened. I happen to have the Police report and there is no mention of me threatening anyone. I did in fact provide your insurance company with a comparable car, same year, same make, same model with the same low mileage. They only raised the settlement amount a few hundred dollars. I wanted to hold out for more but was told by your insurance company that as of February 1, they would no longer pay for the care rental and that the storage fees at Sun Valley Collision would be my responsibility. So I settled for less than I should have. As a business owner you should know better than anyone one that nothing is more important than your reputation. I owned a business for thirty years and I never allowed anyone to walk out unhappy. There is an old saying. It takes 10 customers talking good about you to undo one customer talking bad. You can still do the right thing and pay the $ 2860 price difference. You know it's the right thing to do.

My family has trusted them for over 20 years--that's longer than some of my socks have lasted! Since 2013, they've kept my fleet of passenger vans (shameless plug: Atlanta's Best Van Rental) rolling smoothly without emptying my wallet. Randall, Ryan, and Carl are automotive superheroes--helpful, informative, and always ready to save the day (or at least rescue your transmission). One thing I especially love about Roswell Auto is the camaraderie. Sitting in their waiting room feels like stepping onto the set of The Andy Griffith Show. Randall is our own Goober (with slightly better hair), and the rest of the crew--Ryan, Carl, and the gang (a.k.a. Floyd, Gomer, Barney)--always make you feel right at home. Believe me, even Santa Claus would park his sleigh here for a tune-up (and a cookie or two). They keep my vans running smoother than Rudolph on Christmas Eve! So, if you want affordable quality, service with a smile, and a generous helping of nostalgic humor, Roswell Auto is your ticket to Santa's "Nice List." Santa Steve P.S. Don't forget to ask Randall to top off your blinker fluid before you leave. *(For a quick laugh, check out this humorous anecdote: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kn2IaQ7ECUY)*
