Gave a call prior to coming to this location inquiring if this location recycles used car oil. The associate let me know that this location does recycle. Upon arrival, the entrance and exit door both have a hand written sign that their oil tank is full. If they couldn't accept anymore, that would have been a nice thing to know on the phone before coming here and wasting my time and gas. read more

This is probably one of the best AutoZone even though I don't live anywhere around. Was working close by. I needed to change my bulb because my turn signal was not working. Went in. Gave my vehicle make and model. The manager gave the bulb. He followed me out to my vehicle to make sure it was the right one. Brought tools out to help me change it. Some of the screw bits were missing because people don't like to return things. One of the employees went to his vehicle to get me his own personal tools and helped me change the bulb. I can't remeber his name. But it's the bald man with the beard. He has a great heart for helping people and seem to love what he does. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. read more

I went there to buy an alternator, I had called ahead to make sure they had the alternator. I told the cashier that I had called ahead to make sure they had the part he looked at me and said well you didn't talk to me on the phone and rolled his eyes. The manager came to help and he was just as rude as the cashier. I will not be returning to this AutoZone. The AutoZone on Walker and Lincoln has employees that are respectful and polite. read more

Honestly turned my bad week into a great week. After a couple hours at home I finally figured out how to change my front windshield wipers on my own, only to find out my rear wiper was completely different and I got the wrong one at target, and then the wrong one at Costco, oof! I decided to go to autozone to get the correct wiper, and my headlight just went out too. I was instantly greeted by a friendly woman who got me the correct parts I needed (I didn't catch her name, but I came on 3/15/23 at 7:45pm). She explained the different bulb options I could pick from and what the differences were. Also two employees, (I believe their names are Benwar and Enji) installed the wiper & headlight bulbs for me!!! Everyone was soo nice & happy to help. A huge weight of relief came off my shoulders tonight!! I will never go to Costco or Target for car parts again, Autozone forever!! Thank you so much! read more

I recently came in to Auto Zone to use their code reader for my car. Let me start by saying Abraham is excellent. His customer service skills are thru the roof. He went above and beyond to assist myself and my wife on what we were looking for. He even went as far as not only informing us of what part we needed for our car but he gave us insight of how to install the part and even walked outside to our vehicle to show us where the part was located under the hood that needed to be replaced. He even went out of his way to help me install my battery because I had no idea how and didn't have anyone else available to help- all the auto mechanic shops were closed by then. He literally saved me from needing to get towed which would have cost me a lot more money. He wouldn't even accept tip when I offered. Chivalry is alive here at this Autozone! Had them check out my battery and as I tought needed to replace it. They had the battery for my car in stock and they provided me with tools needed to swap out the battery to avoid core charge. My windshield wipers were making some noise for a while, but hey we in Cali and hardly ever rains...Except the past few weeks been coming down so I had to swap the originals...Went in and a kid helped me out by looking at the recommended one's for my car. They didn't fit so I went back inside and Omar told the kid to process the exchange, while he went out to see which wipers would fit the car. He went through about 3 different one's until we found which one's fit correctly. The originals were easy to pop in and out, but after-market would have taken me a while doing by myself...I really appreciate Omar coming outside in the rain close to closing time and taking care of it for me. I've been shopping at Autozone since it acquired Chief Autoparts. I hate the service at Kragen/O'Reilly's and Pep Boys (are they still around?). I have 4 AutoZone's to choose from with 5-10 minutes from my house, but I always drive the extra 5 minutes (15 minutes away) to this location. The store is clean, organized and the staff seems to know what they are doing. Kudos to their manager for clearly making sure the staff stays on top of their game. read more

I really hate auto parts stores because of the lack of customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by the uickness of the staff's attention at this location. I was even more impressed that they did not question me about returning a set of unused snow tire chains. The store I bought it at told me that there are no refunds on chains but this Stanton store is the one that had put a hold on them for me to pick up at the store I picked it up at (sorry, that was confusing). This Autozone seems like a newer location. I think I'll have to check it out more often. read more

I went into this 745pm autozone and asked for a bulb for my brake lights. Jorge the Mgr was talking to a female coworker and I asked if he could help me put it on and he said they are not allowed to got outside after dark due to safety concerns. I didn't want to drive with my brake lights out. I didn't have any tools but there was 3 of them just talking to each other. Bad customer service...check the camera and see if they were actually working..not going there anymore..autozone needs to check this service that they are offering..I'm just disappointed read more
