Came to buy an oil pan for a customer with ruined drain plug threads. They took 30 minutes trying to find it. After the guy found the part, he brought it back and I asked him: "Can I return this if I can save the old oil pan and rethread it?" He said sure. Well, I was able save the old oil pan and rethread it, saving my customer hundreds. Took it back, and the ugly bald guy said "you wasted so much of our time having us trying to find it, we could have been helping other customers, so we have to charge you 20%." Well sir, that is the cost of business. It's not my fault your store is extremely dirty and completely unorganized that it takes you 30 minutes to find a single part. I honestly do not like to write a bad/1 star review but this place deserved it. I visited this place today along with my dad looking for a new pairs of windshield wiper and a new car battery for a Toyota Corolla. The guy (cashier) quoted $20 for the wiper plus he agreed to install it. And about $95 after rebate for the battery. I asked him, could you help install the battery. He said after 5 pm because they're busy. My dad was keen to do it himself with the battery, thus I agreed so it's not a problem. However, my dad and I were having problem taking out the old battery, everyone saw this. One of the guy (his colleague) came over and kept making stupid comments on how to do it. They gave us some tools that did not fit the battery wrench. I was worried because my dad, he's not a mechanic, I'm not a mechanic either. I asked him, **look, you know about this, we are not mechanics, why don't you guys help your customer, we're spending money here, you guys are not that busy at the moment". He gave me a dirty look and left. And the cashier made another comment of not banging on the battery. At this point, I lost it. I told them *how rude and unprofessional are you guys, you're not busy, you gave us the wrong tools and have the audacity and nerve to sit there and direct us what to do. What the fuck, where is the customer service, how rude is this?** They seem to not be apologetic and kept saying after 5 pm. This is the worse customer service ever. When my dad was done with the battery, the cashier guy refused to install my wiper because according to him, I made and hurt his feelings. I told them ** F*** you, we agreed to pay you with you installing it, that's a Contract, f*** your feelings, you did not help us with the battery." My dad asked him nicely but honestly, it's the principle behind it. So rude, so Bad and so Ghetto, seriously. He finally installed it and said I made too much drama, *Well duh, we paid you and you agreed to it, just f**** do the job to get paid*. They have the audacity to dare me to write a bad review online. Well here it is, this place is shit, they just want your money and sit there do nothing. How lazy can you be? Without me and my dad as customers coming in, your shop would not make any money at all. Be freaking thankful that you have customers at all during covid. I call this place for Infiniti G35 Blower fan (HVAC) and asked if he has available. He said yes. I came out to pick up the part. He sold me one for Nissan Altima Blower. I ask him if this work for Infiniti. He said yes. Take it home plugin don't work bring back 10 minutes later charge me for a 20% restocking fee. That fast 19 dollar he makes in 10 minutes. He should let the customer know If he charges them a 20% restocking fee. read more

Great place to buy your car batteries but don't buy the low end one. Get the top of the line one by east penn manufacturing, Deka. I went to Toyota who wanted $128 for a "84 month warranty" but only 24 months was full replacement. Don't let them get you. Here, it's 30 months full replacement and around $100. Toyota's true start 2(top of the line) is only 530 cca(cold cranking amps). Here, it's 725 and the guy offered to test it for me and it showed 977 CCA! Auto zone would be $150 ish for a 725 CCA. Always buy from a place that has a high turnover on batteries. Many places have their batteries sit for 3-6 months which drains it. He let me borrow his tools and change it on the spot so I didn't have to come back to return the core. Will come back Tip: ALWAYS verify the item they gave you is correct. Ask them to verify over and over, or look it up online and compare the part number. They have given the wrong part number a few times. Again, if you know your stuff, you can come here and get a good deal. I just bought kyb struts for my car and service was great. He came out to check to see if I needed mounts as well which I didn't. I had him verify these struts were for my VIN number. These were $11 cheaper per strut than Amazon and $130 cheaper per strut than dealer kybs. Dealer OEM would've been about $200 more per strut. If the part is in stock, you can return. If it's special order, you can't return. They prefer cash :) read more

We needed a new 2001 BMW key. For those who don't know, BMW does not make it easy.. we had to purchase a key fob, get the key cut and programmed. We had to take our the little box from our car and bring it into Quality Auto to get the key programmed and it was so easy from there. Service was awesome and they work fast here. It was a bit pricey but still so much cheaper than going to the dealership. read more

I honestly can't even believe seeing some of the reviews for these guys, and really amazed that they don't have a lot more 5 star (or any star) reviews. My experience here began with the search for a cost efficient, and hopefully somewhere that was close, that carried a starter for 99 toyota tacoma. I don't have much time to go part hunting, then time to install it. So, I was at work (I'm a tow truck driver for Armstrong) and I googled "discount auto parts near me", the 3rd business listed was these guys. I called to get an idea as to how much it would cost, the phone rang once and was answered so fast. I told the gentleman all the details and about my truck (year, make, model, etc) and what I was looking for. He put me on hold for about 3 minutes, and came back with a price quote for a BRAND NEW, not refurbished, or rebuilt, but NEW, starter and it was a deal that was impossible to pass. Upon arrival the gentlemen working there were both very nice and helpful. They got my part, asked if I needed any other parts or supplies the were in relation to the repair, making suggestions with no pressure to purchase anything. I have been back to these guys 4 additional times (for various parts for friends cars) since the original purchase and I am about to go there in a few minutes. I will continue to be a patron of this business and I suggest that you so give it a shot, I can almost guarantee you that you will happy. read more

Quality Auto Parts is a complete nightmare. This is my first review and i hate to write a bad review but if i can save someone this headache then i did my job. I don't know how these people are in business! I was calling around to find a used transmission for of my cars!!! And after dealing with horrible staff pushing me to purchase their over priced transmission and after i told him i found it for 1000 dollars cheaper, he kept saying okay what price would get you to purchase this transmission cause my price that i got from their competitor wasn't going to happen. I told him if he couldn't match that price then i wouldn't be going with their organization. Another staff member contacted me and said he could match the price. Because this company did not require a core, i decided to go with them. Big mistake!!! After charging my card telling and telling me they have hundreds of these transmission in their warehouse, i get an email on the day the transmission (a week and a half after ordering the transmission) supposed be delivery stating they will not be shipping the transmission and that they canceled the order cause they don't have any more transmission in their warehouse? Shouldn't you check that before you charge my credit card? Or did they just sell it to someone else? I have a car sitting in the garage without a transmission and have order from another company and wait another week or two to get another transmission! Costing me time and money! They better have return the full amount to my card or their will be legal action! read more
