Just left this location and witnessed the cashier cursing out a customer because the customer had purchased the wrong part and wanted a refund or to exchange the part. The cashier proceeded to follow the much older man outside to his vehicle threatening him. I was so shocked at what was unfolding, and the lack of professionalism or even just common decency. Horrible customer service all 3 guys working 9-1-2023 at 1:00 pm Friday. They were eating by the register which is not professional at all and touching the keyboard which is a great way to pass along germs to fellow employees and customers and make people sick! They have been helpful before so that's why I went back. But today they were Horrible especially their attitudes, I left the store without purchasing anything. Today they exhibited an attitude of laziness and not wanting to help at all. I asked him to help me find the right oil, ( after he shoved food in his mouth). They weren't helping anyone and had no customers they we're available to gIve great service. I can go on and on. I get in my car and they were all laughing. Got off work and my car barely started. I went right down the street to Auto Zone. They did a battery test and yup, I needed a new battery. Kenneth was AWESOME!! He tested my battery, got the new one from stock, and installed it in minutes. Kenneth is a very personable, friendly, and professional guy all at the same time!! Great job. My 2013 Ford edge had a warning light come on the dash I went to AutoZone and they were able to pull the code on the check engine light and it was a simple 10 minute fix that I was able to do myself. Greatest assistance from the guys great people to work with. read more

Went up here to grab a couple things for my vehicle today the girl that works was insanely rude. Treated me like I was just some dumbass girl that had no reason to be there. Would not get up off her chair to service me. Or just to check my items out. Listen I'm all for sitting but the moment there's a customer walking in and needing help how about getting off your butt and actually help the customer and look professional. I need it to buy a small bottle of wd40 for some stuff at home. I went there cause it's close to my place. As I walk in I was received by this really mad African American employee. He just stood behind the counter mad dogging me, so I ask him what was the problem? He got out of the counter and walk towards the door throwing his hand up in the air and complaining that they had close and since I was already inside to just get "my shit" and get going. Needles to say I got mad too, I just kind of laugh and told him I wasn't going to buy anything and I started walking towards the door. He than said "well f**k you than get out!" And he even told me that he could take this outside. I told him to get another job. This is by far the worse customer service at a store that I have ever received. read more

Poor customer service. I rented a tool from them but when I tried to return it they wouldn't take it back because it was past the "rental period" but I wasn't told that before I rented it. There is a new parts store opening less than 1/4 mile from here and I will be getting all my parts there from now on. I have always gotten all my parts from Autozone because they usually work with you in things like this but today they burned me for $150 and I won't be back, except to possibly talk to someone older that might actually care about customer service and be proactive in trying to retain customers and keep them from shopping at the new store just down the street. read more

If you value your peace of mind or care about your blood pressure please do not go near this store.. After having wrong parts sold to me, missed delivery promises on ordered parts all accompanied with a sullen I do not care attitude the next to the final straw occurred last Thursday when I drove my car to this store to get a new battery. I asked the young man to get the information from my existing battery as I wanted a direct replacement ( this was an AZ battery ). He looked at my battery and punched up something on the store computer. He then brought a battery approximately half the size of the existing battery. I again told him I wanted a direct replacement for the existing battery. He went to the computer again and pulled up another wrong battery. He refused to get the correct part number off my old battery. I went outside and got the correct number off my battery and gave it to him. He looked something up in the computer and his co worker pulled a battery off the shelf and started to the counter with it. I looked at it ( by this time I had memorized the info on my old battery ) He had a battery of similar size to mine but 500CCA not 700CCA like was the value of my battery. I gave up and left. Other stores sell battery's of the correct size and CCA. The final straw came this morning when my mechanic had the car on the lift for a once over visual inspection. He asked me to come look at a coolant leak. It was the lifetime warranty water pump I had purchased from, guess who, yep auto zone. I had purchased it Nov. 13th 2016 and had less than 8000 miles on it and it was leaking badly. I decided I would call AZ to see if they would help with at least some of the labor cost for replacing the water pump. You guessed it, not a chance. I do not ever remember doing business with a company whose employee's have such an " I do not care attitude ". It's almost as if customers are an imposition on their time. They sure do not seem to care about having repeat customers. No one is accountable for any thing. I have very politely had conversations with the store manger about some the more irritating screw ups and explained that I did not want to get anyone fired but could they please train the employee's better.
