This place is full of men that talk down to women and when we tell them what we need, they laugh at us and then get surprised when you get angry. They sold me a faulty battery and tried to argue that they didn't need to give me a new one even though if it died before a year they needed to give it to me and they said well you weren't he is gone and you already used it for the second battery and I said I argued I said yes I know that but it still shouldn't have died before years was up so give me my battery and he starts laughing. read more

I asked a simple question: what is the return policy? An employee who wasn't even involved in the conversation decided to tell me that I should take it to an actual mechanic instead of testing parts. The comment was rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. What made the interaction even more frustrating is that he had no idea that my father and brother are mechanics and were the ones advising me on what to purchase. His attitude came across as condescending and, honestly, somewhat chauvinistic. As a woman, I felt like I was being talked down to rather than helped. The young gentleman, Kayden, was the complete opposite. He was helpful, informative, professional, and treated me with respect. Kayden provided excellent customer service and is the reason I'm giving any positive feedback at all. Management should take note: Kayden is an asset to your store. Customer service from Kenny and Kobe. Kenny customer service was polite and helpful by looking up the single low beam headlights, as well as the hood lift. None was available at this location, but he let me know Jones road had them available. Kobe did an awesome job by managing the exchange of my left low beam headlight, and left rear turning signal light. Kobe is very professional & polite. No one would change my battery cause it has this special plate from the Toyota dealer, he changed my battery and in heavy rain. I purchased a battery from autozone and about 30 days later, the battery was dead. Per their warranty, they will recharge or replace the battery for free. I took the battery back and without question, they replaced it. I didn't use the service but auto zone is offering curb side pick up. This is the worst AutoZone I've ever been to. When it first open it was OK for a while. Management is nonexistent now, hiding in the back. to just buy items that you walked to the store to pick up will take you 20 to 30 minutes waiting to pay for it. They don't get it if people are wanting to give them money they want you to wait for it. You'll have more luck going to Walmart and trying to figure it out on your own. read more

We arrived at this location at 6:15, my husband was in a rush because they were closing at 6:30 because of the coronavirus situation. I was sitting in our truck as he went in store, I was looking out the window when I saw a man holding the door open for an employee. The employee (which I took a picture of) yelled at the man that they were closed. They were not closed the doors were still unlocked and it was 6:20. He then yelled "go inside, go inside" repeatedly as this man was still holding door open for him! I could not believe it which is why I took a picture of this employee! As the man walked in the employee still continued yelling outside talking to himself which was concerning. He was yelling "I know your not talking to me, I will (something) your head n*gga". The manager walked out to calm the employee down saying "I got you". The employee continued yelling pointing at the customer through the window causing a scene. The customer was inside the store the entire time not even realizing anything was happening, not even knowing that someone (me) was observing this entire thing! Maybe this employee was upset because he was working during these tough times (coronavirus), but these customers are most likley working themselves. He is not the only one, we are all struggling during this tough time and for those who have such a big issue to provide service for others during difficult times is, unreal and sad. I feel so bad for this customer being nice to this employee as this employee was full of anger. He should not be working around people! read more

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Long slow lines with only 2 employees working while others just seem to be walking around. If you just want to buy something of the shelf you still have to wait in the parts line, which takes forever. I thought they had a dedicated checkout line but no, was asked to wait in the parts line. read more

I went in to get some help with my tail lights being a senior lady and an old car. The manager, Gary, came up and helped me get what I needed and put them in for me. He advised me the price of a new unit and about a month later I got stopped for a brake light out. Went back to the store and Gary again helped me out. Part is on order and should be in today. He said he would call and put it in for me. How great is that. I have been recommending this store to all my senior friends. They are great. read more

I ordered a part over the phone. I was promised a 3pm pick up time the following day. The only reason I ordered the part here is because of said pick up time. I needed it today for a repair. I went in at 7pm and they still didn't have it. They had no explanation as to why it wasn't on time. So if they promise you a pick up time, don't expect them to follow through on it. read more

This place is consistently the slowest customer service I have ever seen. It takes less time to change your oil than buy it from them. You will stand in line for 20 minutes waiting for somebody to ring you up It doesn't matter if there are 20 customers in the store or 2, they are slower than molasses in January. read more

Typical auto zone get in pretty quickly sometimes they even help with just going into the aisles and getn the part for me. Just make sure they charge you the correct amount for the things your getting. read more
