Owning a fleet of fords I've purchased from a few dealers. The best purchase was from rt 23 automall looking back. The price time saved and the honesty is impeccable. Biggest praise to Patti in the service department she always has your best interest at heart, she goes above and beyond is super helpful and her attitude and work ethic is contagious. She cares and has a calming and upbeat personality if that makes sense. I'd hire her in a second. And she def is the one that keeps the customers coming back. At least this one. She's proven that she can take care of her customers but most importantly she's honest if she can't squeeze you in because of the schedule she doesn't which is the most important trait in my book. All I want is honesty makes my life and others lives that much easier. Dropped off one of my salt trucks to have a harness for the back up camera replaced she made sure to get it back before the snow came. This is an update to my previous review…read more I was waiting to hear if my media system was covered. I didn't realize when I bought the car after my 3 year lease, that the warranty was through a third party. They wouldn't cover the media system and the cost that was presented to me to fix would be $1500. Kia first offered to split the difference with me and offered the repair at $750. But that was still too steep for me considering the car was 5 years old already. Kia then offered me an amazing deal on a 2025 K4 which I picked up last night for my first month payment which is actually a few dollars lower than what I was paying for the 2021. Thank you to Roger for working this out for me and thanks to Jacob for being so efficient and professional. This is my families 7th Kia and they definitely insured more repeat visits.
