I was able to return the battery and Nester, the manager on duty was very apologetic for Roberts behavior and he gave me a gift card for my trouble.

I waited 3 hours, and they said it was fixed, The next morning, it was flat again. I had my spare put on, and had the tire patched again. My wife took her car in to Wal Mart the next day to have a tire we ordered elsewhere installed. She told the service rep that it was in the back of the SUV and showed it to him. The installer took a Wal Mart tire off the rack and installed it on the rim when my wife noticed our tire was still in the car and notified them of the error. The installer complained that he had already put the Wal Mart tire on the car, and didn't want to change it. My wife insisted they put the tire we had already purchased elsewhere, and they did. Then they wanted to charge for two installations since they had to do it twice. My wife wouldn't pay twice for their mistake. Today I called to get a price on a particular Continental tire with installation, balancing, disposal fees and everything, and the woman who answered the phone told me that tire wasn't available. When I pointed out that Wal Mart , com listed the tire, she told me I would have to purchase it there, she couldn't order it. I told her I guess I'll go elsewhere, she said "fine". Then they charge me for a tire repair and rotate and balance as separate issues. I said WTF, you have to balance the wheel when you break it down anyway to do a tire repair, so why are you charging me extra to balance and rotate? Anyway, after about ten minutes and half a step from dropping some F bombs, I was told that I had to file a claim, and take my van to another shop for an estimate. Fine, I am going to my mechanic tomorrow and telling them to find the most expensive wheels that fit on a Mazda and quote that. Dumbasses. My guess is they will end up refunding me the $140 they raped me on instead of the nice expensive wheels I will be claiming I need to fix the situation. BTW, when I checked the tire air pressure, one was 37lbs, one 36, one 34.5 and one 32lbs. Their techs couldn't even get the tire pressures the same

They're definitely one of my go-to spots when I'm searching for parts. Whenever they don't have what I'm looking for, they've always been pretty good with pointers; which is on a level of customer service you don't see with other salvage yards. I usually just stop in to say hi when I'm looking for whatever or see if they've got what I need by searching them online. I've bought so many parts from them over the years I can't remember but this last time in was a convertible top for an 03 Mustang GT. Once pulled a set of leather seats for a 74 Mark IV; that was a fun project! They've done some good work for me too. Solved a tricky A/C bug I was having with old Mercedes 190E years ago. Swapped out some Town Car airbags for coil springs. Good stuff. Always honest and fair which is something you don't always see in this business.

Had to call back a few hours later to get a few ducks in a row on my end. When I called back Natalie was gone and some rude guy with a huge chip on his shoulder, would not let me speak or even ask a question. And when I kept waiting for him to finish speaking to tell him I had a couple questions that would help me to answer his, he literally spoke over me LOUDER TO SAY " Am I coming at 4 o'clock are you gonna answer the question or not?" I'm in customer service and have been 15 years. I don't even know how they have this person representing or answering anything. They should stick with professionals like Natalie answering calls and keep this very upset with life human being off the phones. So sorry to say that I can't even say how the actual business went. Cause they couldn't manage a simple phone conversation. Good luck if your in that area though. Would love to think however based off a recommendation that not all interactions there are like this, also based off the interaction I had earlier with Natalie. But no one should be spoken to like that from a business. And would love to provide a name of this perturbed individual but of course, couldn't get a word out to ask a name.
