I didn't expect it to be set up like a grocery store but give me a break. They should know where the cars are placed or do they just drop them from the sky. In the back can mean anything. We decided not to go there because they appear to have lack of organization. Its a 100 degrees outside and if Unlimited Auto can't tell me where the cars are placed or even close to the where the specific cars are placed, it's not worth my time. Go to LKQ used auto parts on east Colonial Dr near highway 417. There lot is very detailed and organized. The people who answer the phones are specific and polite. When people treat you disrespectfully go somewhere else or order the parts on EBay and you can save save save and still feel you have your dignity...just saying

Upon doing just a Google search for car installation near me I found Alfredo's shop listed as Car Audio Electronics with a ton of good reviews. I already had all the equipment but just wanted an installer. I called on a Sat AM and once being told they had time this morning to handle and a price I ventured on down. The shop itself is relatively small and the work was actually done just outside the bay (I have a lifted truck). Bottom line, communication was good, install was done well, and faster than originally quoted. I'd have no issue coming back for any other car audio needs in the future.
