They told me that the alignment machine was not being used at that time and that they could complete the work immediately if I brought the vehicle in. I was also told the cost would be $129. I took the vehicle to their location and they started on it immediately. I waited approximately 45 minutes for them to complete the work. While waiting I sat inside the clean customer area and watch TV while they performed the work on my vehicle. When the job was finished I was called to the front desk and was told the condition of the vehicle by the tech who completed the work. All news about my vehicle was good and he had no problems with the service on my vehicle. I will definitely return if I need front end alignment work in the future.

He spent about 30 minutes trying to fix it and was unsuccessful. Because another customer left and it was past 5:00 PM, he clearly did not want to be held responsible. Instead of properly fixing the damage or taking responsibility, he used zip ties to temporarily hold my hood together, told me it was not his problem, and instructed me to drive safely and not go over 35-40 mph until I could get it fixed elsewhere. Micheal you know you are the one who broke the hinge. This situation was handled very unprofessionally, and I was sent away with an unsafe vehicle and no accountability. I do not recommend this place based on my experience.

One of the mechanics immediately came toward me, with a smile on his face, and asked what I needed. He aired up my tires and, as I ALWAYS do, I gave him a couple of dollars for his time and assistance. He smiled again and thanked me. There was quite a bit of cars in line but they did everything they could to make sure that everything went as quickly as possible. For example, the gentleman checking everything in went through and got our mileage and made sure our brake lights and headlights were working before we got into the bay. The service was relatively quick. Car issues and maintenance is never fun to go through but I would come back here again! The agents were nice and efficient:)

Yet the warning kept coming back. Now, after having the vehicle evaluated by the dealership, I have written documentation stating that the engine needs to be replaced. The dealership also informed me that metal was found in the oil system and that the engine and turbo oil lines require replacement because of the damage they observed. Despite this, Valvoline continues to maintain that all that is needed is an oil regulator plug repair and another oil change. The massive difference between their assessment and the dealership's diagnosis has completely destroyed my confidence in their workmanship and judgment. What has been equally frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability throughout this ordeal. I have spent countless hours dealing with this issue, worrying about a vehicle that was running before a simple maintenance visit. An oil change should never end with a customer facing the possibility of an engine replacement. I strongly encourage anyone considering this location to think carefully and obtain an independent inspection if something doesn't seem right after service. Now I have accumulated rental car expenses averaging over $120 per day and all they want to offer is additional oil changes for free and $35 a day car rental. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I have experienced.

My usual shop doesn't offer rotations, so I gave this place a chance...big mistake. I sat in their waiting room for nearly 2 hours. During that time, I watched a young mother next to me beg them to hurry because she had to pick up her kids, and they kept brushing her off with "5 more minutes." They told her originally it would be quick. When it came to my own service, I specifically told them I needed a different oil than what my truck recommends because of recent engine work. I made it very clear to follow the sticker from my previous shop, not the dipstick. They completely ignored me. That mistake could have seriously damaged or even destroyed my engine. To make matters worse, they didn't even rotate my tires. The next day, when I called to ask why, I was told my tires were "too bad" to rotate...yet no one bothered to tell me while I was there. Instead, they let me leave under the impression everything had been done. Yes, they were short-staffed, but that's no excuse for negligence. Failing to follow basic instructions about my oil could have totaled my truck. Save yourself the risk and the headache--do NOT trust this place with your vehicle.
