Took my car in for a small trans leak and clogged a/c drain. They found several other things wrong…read moreand fixed those, but after 3 trips could not fix my trans leak. It was obvious they didnt even attempt to do the work they claimed to do on my trans. After looking at the seals back home, i could tell they were the old ones. They didnt even try to clean off the old fluid the whole bottom of my car is covered in trans fluid. So is my new garage floor! They are NOT ASE CERTIFIED. They have a D rating with the BBB and arent even registered with the BBB. Look it up. They charged me for things they said would be free, such as an alignment that they charged me 49.99 for. These people kept my car over three different weekends and some days in between and each time, the leak was worse when i got the car back. They told me it had a 24,000 mile 2 year warranty on the work but left that info blank on the papers i signed and i didnt catch it. They will smile in your face and rip you off. DO NOT go here. Ill drive 2 hrs if i have to to avoid these people. Im new in town and this is crap how they took advantage of me.

what a horrible experence i received from shane holcomb. i dropped off a vehicle for an alignment…read moreon tuesday 4-14 and the lady i handed the keys to (shane's wife) told me that the vehicle would no be aligned until tomorrow (4-15) and i told her that was fine. i called the next day around 4pm to check up on it and called left message no return calls, they pick up and put me on hold and the phone hangs up this happened twice and finally i get a hold of them and shane's wife tells me that the vehicle is next in line that was on 4/15 a/m and she told me it will be done the same day. well i called around 3pm to check to see if the vehicle is still on target to be aligned and again tryed calling again phone calls go into voicemail and of course no return calls. called the next day 4/16 and again calls go into voicemail, no returned calls back this went on all day me trying to see whats going on and i called today 4/17 and phone is immediatly picked up on the first ring and was shocked on the tone of voice of the person that answered (shane holcomb) and he sauy 'why do you keep blowing-up my phone?" boy did he unlesh his frustrations on me i had to tell him to calm down i'm a prevoius customer and i told him that your wife had told me that they will have my vehicle done on 4/16 and shane says "no she didn't!... i was standing right next to her." why would i lie i had a co-worker with me and he herd her say it as well. shane then tells me "man come pick up uyour truck and hangs the phone on me. really! and this is a co-owner of the business. what a disgrace to the company.

I waited about two minutes then left. As I drove off, I said 'I just wanted air in my tires. Thanks!' So I went right down the street to Boulevard Tire and pulled up to their bay. One of the mechanics immediately came toward me, with a smile on his face, and asked what I needed. He aired up my tires and, as I ALWAYS do, I gave him a couple of dollars for his time and assistance. He smiled again and thanked me.
