At 11:44 a.m. today we walked into the location to pick up a one item purchase during this time…read morethere was another person in line and the cashier with a gray shirt under the name rogue had made a specific point to choose favoritism and grab a guest that she knew over the people who are already standing in line. This is not a first time occurrence the lack of professionalism customer service and efficiency should take her gray shirt and put a red shirt on her immediately this person should be demoted for her lack of empathy customer service acknowledgment and speed. Her demeanor is ugly she has a very poor attitude and is not there for the guest I'm pretty sure that this would be on the first page of any training manual that the guests come first if this is the type of way this location chooses to run your current 2.3 stars is going to dramatically drop down to 0.0 Stars close down and everyone will now continue to go to Ron's hardware which is not only friendlier cheaper cost effective we can go to Riley's we have options in this area so if you want to change the outcome of all of your future reviews you better wipe the staff out of that entire store and start fresh because you are losing money every single day that you're going to let a woman behind that counter who does not give a crap about the customers coming in it you just lost two customers that you can go back and check on your cameras at the same time because she has already ignored us in line and chose to help someone that she personally knew before being professional first calling him sweetheart and making us feel our money is not as good there as her friends is. Again I repeat the woman's name is rogue which seems very fitting considering she seems to go rogue at work and not falling procedures and policies just hanging out with her friends and having a great old time while not helping anybody not making any money for the store this is the last place that I would go to do anything when I'm in a rush trying to get something fixed and have to wait around until she's ready to help me that's not how this works anybody that goes into that store and sees that woman is going to have the same experience. The benefit of having a gray shirt shouldn't give you an excuse to be lazy and boss the people in red shirts around like workhorses so this is asinine I couldn't be more upset that one person can ruin an entire day for someone based off of an experience that they are properly trained and I would only assume are meant to train others to follow their lead and example if her leading example is to be rude and disrespectful to the guests then understand that that's how the whole team is being trained corporate office has been called regional office has been called and I promise you I'm not done. Fire rogue.... She belongs in some type of hair salon where she can chitchat with her friends all day long not in a place where people go in to take care of business and have to wait on her disgusting lazy good for nothing behavior.

I have been a long time Autozone customer. I purchased an expensive Duralast Gold battery thinking…read moreit would last. The first battery completely died about a year after I bought it. The one that it was swapped out with ended up having an internal short, and draining itself outside of the car quickly. I was advised that since my warranty from the first garbage battery was now up by two months, I would need to buy a brand new one. I will no longer be going to this, or any Autozone for any products.

Walmart cleaned and sealed the beads on my van wheels, only to chew the shit out of all 4 rims in…read morethe process. I go back inside and all they wanted to do was argue. Then they charge me for a tire repair and rotate and balance as separate issues. I said WTF, you have to balance the wheel when you break it down anyway to do a tire repair, so why are you charging me extra to balance and rotate? Anyway, after about ten minutes and half a step from dropping some F bombs, I was told that I had to file a claim, and take my van to another shop for an estimate. Fine, I am going to my mechanic tomorrow and telling them to find the most expensive wheels that fit on a Mazda and quote that. Dumbasses. My guess is they will end up refunding me the $140 they raped me on instead of the nice expensive wheels I will be claiming I need to fix the situation. BTW, when I checked the tire air pressure, one was 37lbs, one 36, one 34.5 and one 32lbs. Their techs couldn't even get the tire pressures the same

Wal Mart auto center #563 Orange City FL…read more A couple months ago I needed a tire repair (slow leak) on my van. I was on my way to Tallahassee, and it was Sunday morning. I waited 3 hours, and they said it was fixed, The next morning, it was flat again. I had my spare put on, and had the tire patched again. My wife took her car in to Wal Mart the next day to have a tire we ordered elsewhere installed. She told the service rep that it was in the back of the SUV and showed it to him. The installer took a Wal Mart tire off the rack and installed it on the rim when my wife noticed our tire was still in the car and notified them of the error. The installer complained that he had already put the Wal Mart tire on the car, and didn't want to change it. My wife insisted they put the tire we had already purchased elsewhere, and they did. Then they wanted to charge for two installations since they had to do it twice. My wife wouldn't pay twice for their mistake. Today I called to get a price on a particular Continental tire with installation, balancing, disposal fees and everything, and the woman who answered the phone told me that tire wasn't available. When I pointed out that Wal Mart , com listed the tire, she told me I would have to purchase it there, she couldn't order it. I told her I guess I'll go elsewhere, she said "fine". How about the ability to fix my vehicle. Have taken my…read morevehicle in for a Pcode related to the Vtec on my 2008 Honda element They have had it 2 X this week plus 4 times prior and still haven't fixed it. They have changed all related parts. We have provided better connectors, paid for multiple issues and replacements and now they say it's our Computer? No mention of doing any electrical testing on wiring harness or unit. Willing to take my money and still no fix?! Worst service for repairs ever. How can they have six high ratings hanging in ther shop. False advertisement ! Do not use this dealer for repairs.. an independent may be a better choice. For having Certified AES mechanics that's a joke in itself .

My oldest and their partner were in the market for a new car and located one at this dealership…read more When I looked them up by name, I came up with the Orlando location and thought this wouldn't be too bad. When driving them up there I wasn't thrilled with having to travel 60 miles one way to look at cars. We made the trip and they weren't too bad to find. They had an appointment which made our lives a bit easier as well. We got there a bit later in the afternoon and met with the salesman, Alan who showed us the vehicle in question. We checked the car out and took a test drive in it and then tried one other vehicle for comparison. After we were done, they settled on the first vehicle we checked out. Bear in mind that they were looking to buy a used car because of the pricing. Overall, the car seemed pretty good with new brakes and tires on it. There were some cosmetic issues, but that is to be expected on a vehicle that is over 10 years old. It was in much better shape than some of The other vehicles we have looked at. We went through the whole process of working on financing and arranging insurance and they took the car in the back to give it a final cleaning and once over. By the time we were finished, the dealership was actually closed. We went out with the salesman to get the car And ended up discovering a problem with the door locks. Period the salesman gave it a quick check and apologize for the issue. He offered to have them repair it, but we would have to either leave the vehicle or come back. We decided to take the vehicle and he set up an appointment With service for the following day. They took the vehicle back in the following day to have it checked out and found the problem. They had to order a part which meant the vehicle was gonna have to be brought back another time. They also found a couple of other Small items that they took care of. This can be frustrating for people, but having worked in automotive for so many years and understanding that this is a used vehicle. We work with them on it as they were being as helpful as they could. A couple of other trips had to be made back to the dealer to make sure everything else was in order and get the door locks fixed but now the car is in very good working order for its age. The kids have been very satisfied with it and it is performed very well for them. They have been very happy with The gas mileage that it gets because fuel has gotten so pricey again. If you were up in this area and needed a vehicle, I would definitely recommend Alan. He was very friendly and personable while also being professional in his job. With the minor issues we had he tried to go out of his way to make sure that we were happy.
