I've breezed in here a few times for easy things like a quart of oil or a set of wiper blades or…read moresome washer fluid and I think it's fair to say that this is a perfectly adequate National Auto store which gets the job done especially if you know what you're looking for. Overall the store is on the smaller side. They don't have as much selection on their shelves nor are their shelves full of product the same way you would see at your typical Advance store. A few of each thing with a fair amount of open/empty/blank space is more the norm especially in the back where the quarts of oil are kept. While the people who work here are very nice, you're not going to be calling/coming here asking them for advice or assistance like you see at other stores or at Advance who will install blades or a battery for you at no charge. It's just not that type of store at least not if you come later in the day. Know exactly what you need or be able to ask very specific and precise questions and you'll be OK coming here for basic auto needs.

I was grateful for the service this location provided as the sales associate also took the time to explain the differences in batteries and prices when selecting a battery to purchase. We were in and out of this auto zone within ~25 minutes..that's including the installation of the battery while outside in the cold. I had a previous encounter with an employee who threatened me unprovoked and unwarranted. I don't recommend at all. A regional manager (Edison) followed up with me and stated to have a personal relationship with the employee (Jay) who threatened me and maintained an accusatory tone and directly insinuated that his employees behavior was an act out of being provoked. He didn't maintain the integrity of the company by not holding his employee accountable. After another review a different regional manager (Francis) called me and apologized but didn't follow up with his promised incentives and accommodations for my experience. I will never go back to this store location or perhaps another autozone due to the lack of professionalism and my fear of that employee following up on his threats toward me.
