He arranged for another local store to fill the order and confirmed that they had it in stock. Went over to the other store and had a polar opposite experience. Manager came out when I pointed out that the bulbs were not installed straight and told me that there was nothing he could do about it and that I'd have to go to a shop to complete the installation. He also lied stating that they don't do bulb replacement, which there website clearly shows that he was lying. He smirked and just stood there, and again refused to offer any other help. Went back to see Trevon at the original store who was able to rectify the installation within just a few minutes. The owner's son told me that he could pretty much fix all of my rims because they weren't damaged that bad. He said powder coating is the best option for you. I told him, okay. I brought my truck back to get my rims taken off, he had my rims for about three weeks He told me it should take 3 to 5 days. After about 2 weeks of not hearing anything, he texted me, stating that the rims were Chrome, and I need to give him more money. He already knew the rims were chrome because he welded one of them before he sent it out to powder Coat. He charge me 180 more than original invoice. I went to his shop a week later to pick up my rims. It was dark outside at this time. Brought my truck home parked. It woke up in the morning to get it washed. And then I seen the damage that this company created the powder coating was not professional at all. They were had cracks all over the rims. The powder coat was less than a needle head thin it is supposed to be a cran Tip thickness. I am in the process of a lawsuit. It is going to trial soon. I know I will win in court. But the thing is, they are not doing the right thing, and lying about everything well, I gave them multiple Outcomes that I would have been happy with, and all they want to do is damage my rims more. With powder coating, after doing research with Chrome rims, it destroys them. Pretty much you have to dip the chrome in acid or sandblast watch having chrome, you want to shine, and they damaged all of them.Remember, I was just going in for 1 rim and left with all destroyed!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE OR TRUST THIS FAMILY!!!!!!

I have done business with this site (formerly Thomsons) back in the day when they were one of the…read moreonly shops in town. Until recently, I appreciated thier ability to turn rotors. On Friday Oct 11 I called and asked if they would turn 4 rotors for me on Sat. They told me yes. I brought the rotors in at 8am as they suggested. The gentlemen behind the counter told me NO. They would not be able to turn them. I explained to them I called earlier, was told they would and how I need them. When I returned later they were UGLY. "That will be $90." Inner surface not cleaned for a good seat on the lathe (produce runout), EVERY rotor had LOTS of rust remaining. I asked for a micrometer and measured them. The front were still .050 from min while the rears were .030 from min. WHY DID THEY WASTE MY TIME AND PRODUCE JUNK? Now I was faced with waiting for 2 more days until the rotors would be available. Guess they taught me never to have rotors turned. I went elsewhere to buy new rotors.

I am a huge fan of this place for a few reasons …read more.. Last year, my car died and I had it towed there, upon recommendation from a dear friend. They did their best to try and revive the auxiliary battery, because it was a hybrid. They literally had it for a couple of days to do their best to get it to re-start, but it did not ... and they didn't even charge me ONE penny! Fast-forward to this year, I got a new car and stopped in one day when I was in the area to ask how much they charged for a winter prep inspection and he gave me a price so I made an appointment. This morning was my appointment and not only did he keep the good price he quoted me, but their oil change price is $13 cheaper than my old place I used to go with my old car, so I had him do that, too! I like when folks quote prices and stick to them - nothing "snuck" in. I like to support local (especially in my own town), family-owned businesses as well, and that is what this one is, too. Nothing against where I used to go, but I decided this is the place for me and my new car, and I highly recommend them to you as well. Tyler is the gentleman I was dealing with.
